8 Statuses

Explore the various loan statuses you view during your PLIM journey. Find out the meaning behind each status to gain a clear understanding of the loan application process.


Status : New

When you see the "New" status in blue, it simply means that you've received the BNPL invitation from your chosen clinic. Accept the invitation, fill out your loan application, and select a plan that suits you best. Additionally, go through the loan eligibility check process. You've got six days to take action before it expires

Status : Pending

After you've submitted your application form, our system will swiftly process your profile and provide a response within minutes. If your loan is approved, you'll notice the status change to "Pending" in yellow. Now, you have X days to pay your deposit amount and secure your loan.

Status : Under Review

In the rarest of cases, if we encounter challenges in locating your profile during the eligibility check. The system may prompt you to upload address proof documents. Once you've uploaded the necessary documents, the status will transition to "Under Review" in Orange color. Rest assured, our team will diligently process your application and provide a response within 10 hours. Your patience is much appreciated!

Status : Active

Congratulations! Your deposit has been successfully paid through Stripe, and now your loan status is "Active" in green. This status will remain the same until you complete your final installment. Rest assured, your chosen plan and the number of installments will remain confidential, keeping your financial details private from the clinics.

Status : Rejected

If you cancel the invitation, the status will change to "Rejected" in purple color. No worries, you can always start the process again whenever you're ready. We're here to assist you!

Status : Declined

If your profile doesn't meet the loan eligibility criteria or the system doesn't approve the loan, the status will change to "Declined." Similarly, if the clinic cancels it, the status will also change to "Declined," and we'll always provide you with a reason behind it. Don't worry; we'll guide you through the process!

Status : Expired

If you miss the deadline to pay the deposit, the status will be "Expired" in grey. But don't worry! Just ask the clinic for a new invitation to continue your journey. We're here to support you all the way!

Status : Closed

Congratulations! As soon as you've made the final instalment, the status will elegantly transition to "Closed" in black, signifying the successful completion of your loan journey.
