The BNPL services that PLIM offers to UK customers currently benefits from an exemption to FCA regulation. The exemption will not apply if customers are required to pay interest on the BNPL services; or if customers are permitted to pay over more than twelve months and/or in more than twelve installments. When processing the personal data of customers, PLIM complies with the General Data Protection Regulations ("GDPR") as they have been applied in the UK and the Data Protection Act 2018 ("DPA 2018").
