Accessing Callback Requests

Learn how to review, or track your callback requests.

Step 1: User Profile

Click on your Profile icon on Global Navigation menu

Step 2: My Callbacks

Select My callbacks option from the menu provided.

Step 3: Track and access your callbacks

Here you will find a list of all your requests and their descriptions
