Resend an invite to expired invitation effortlessly
3 steps
This article explains the process of resending a BNPL invite to a customer after the previous invite sent has expired.
Step 1: Resend Invitation
If a customer's invitation has expired due to non-payment of the deposit and you have to send the same invitation again, open the expired invitation from the table. At the bottom, you will find a "Resend Invitation" button.
Step 2: Add notes and remarks
Click on the "Resend Invitation" button, and a pop-up will appear, allowing you to add new remarks or notes to the new invitation. Please note that any previous remarks will not be sent again.
Step 3: New invite has been sent
The new invitation, along with the old one, will be present on your dashboard with different statuses and invitation numbers, as the system creates a new invitation with the same data.
