In this article, we will explore the various features present on our dashboard homepage, focusing on invitation table. Here, you can access all invitations sent. The table showcases all your invitations. Additionally, you can sort and filter the invitations based on requirement.


BNPL invitation table

You will find a comprehensive table displaying all your BNPL invitations. The table is equipped with various columns, presenting valuable data such as the customer's name, the treatment associated with the invitation, the issue date, the invitation number,the amount, the status of the invitation, and the status of the PLIM payment for that specific invitation.

Sort by and Filter

By default, the invitations are arranged chronologically, but you can utilise the "Sort by" option at the top right corner to alter the arrangement based on your preference. Furthermore, the "Filter" option offers five different ways to filter the invitations, providing you with efficient control and easy access to the specific data you require.

Filter 01 : PLIM payment status

You can filter invitations based on the "PLIM Payment Status" to understand various statuses.

Filter 02 : Invitation status

The "Invitation Status" filter allows you to view specific statuses like active,pending, rejected etc. Example: If you want to check all the pending invitations that you have sent to customers. Apply the "Invite Status" filter and select "Pending", and the dashboard will show you a list of pending invitations.

Filter 03 : Expiring Soon

The "Expiring Soon" filter displays invitations that are close to expiration, including both "New" and "Pending" statuses. Example: To stay ahead of invitations that are close to expiring, apply the "Expiring Soon" filter. It will display all the invitations that have a few days left before their expiration, including both "New" and "Pending" statuses.

Filter 04 : Starred invitation

The "Starred" filter enables you to view all your marked star invitations.Example: As you manage multiple invitations, some may require special attention. Use the "Starred" filter to view all your marked "Star" invitations.

Filter 05 : Invitation sent by

The "Invitation Sent by You" filter is useful for administrators to track invitations sent by specific employees. Example: As an administrator, you can track invitations sent by individual employees. If you want to see all BNPL invitations sent by Employee #1, apply the "Invitation Sent by You" filter and view the list. However, please note that this filter is not available in employee dashboard mode.
