Adding Customer Details: Import File

This article will guide you through the process of adding customers to your database. Follow these steps:


Step 1: Go to customer details

Open "Customer Details" and spot the "Add Customers" option on the top right corner of the table. Click on it to trigger a pop-up with two distinct sections.

Step 2: Select "upload a file" option

When adding a customer, please choose the 'Upload a File' option if you wish to import multiple customers at once. Please keep in mind that the file format must meet specific requirements.

Step 3: Download the template provided

We provide a template file for your convenience. Please keep in mind that the file format must meet specific requirements. You can download the template file and make necessary edits.

Step 4: Save the file

Once you've made the necessary changes, save the file with these updates.

Step 5: Upload the file

Return to the system interface and upload the edited file, making sure it follows the prescribed format.

Step 6: Complete verification

Click 'Continue' to initiate the verification process. The system will carefully examine the file for any errors.

Step 7: Finish Upload

If the system doesn't detect any errors during this verification, your import will be considered successful.

Step 8: Send BNPL invites to newly added customers

Please check your newly imported customers in the table.
