I suffer from Hyperhidrosis in my feet, which is highly embarrassing. Last year, I had Botox treatment for the first time and decided to repeat it this year. After searching online — and finding that very few clinics offer this treatment — I found Emma. She emailed me to arrange an appointment and even asked if the treatment had been painful previously. My honest answer? Very! Today, I arrived for the appointment and was immediately made to feel at ease. I was given numbing cream, and Emma's assistant used a TENS machine around the injection site, which really helped distract from the discomfort. They even used ice afterward to soothe the area. I was genuinely impressed with how much effort they put into making the procedure as painless as possible. On top of that, they were both really lovely and professional. I’ll definitely be returning for future treatments — highly recommend!

Amazing experience removing a mole on my neck and spider thread vein on my nose. Very happy with the results and was put at complete ease throughout the appointment. Posting on behalf on my wife: I developed a relatively long skin tag under my arm when pregnant and I hated it. I tried to live with it but after a few years of not wearing vest tops in summer I decided I had to get rid of it. I hate needles and my research showed it could get frozen or burnt off - neither appealed. Then I found Kingswood Aesthetics. Emma was brilliant. She used an advanced electrolysis process which was pain-free and quick. And the result has been brilliant - the Thing has gone, and it’s as though it was never there.
