I have been going to Summer for years and would never go anywhere else for my brows. They are amazing shape and colour. The clinic is beautiful and the service is 10/10. Summer genuinely cares and isn’t there to just take your money. I had a brow top up booked when really it wasn’t necessary as my brows have refined the pigmentation extremely well. Summer walked me through everything giving her professional suggestion and advice. I left the clinic with no top up but amazing advice without being charged.

I trained with Summer with lips and eyebrows having been recommended by her from another PMU artist, even though the Etch clinic was a 4 hour drive away from me! And I am so glad I did it! Summer and her team were amazing - patient, good feedback and advice and so friendly. Would definitely recommend for service and training!

I had my eyebrows microbladed by a student - under the best supervision. And love my new brow shape! Just had my top up with Becca - shes a 5 star gem! So friendly and reasuring and professional.

Beautiful clinic, I had combination brows by Summer & they are perfect. I wear no make up on my brows now. Highly recommend for anyone wanting permanent brows or make up.

Can’t believe I didn’t leave a review before now. Been going to Etch for a quite a few years. An absolutely stunning place to be in, as was the old building. But Midlands House looks perfect on the girls. The services provided are amazing. Im never disappointed! I get my lashes, brows and I used to get my nails done here. 1 in a million! I use Becky to do microblading and also my false eyelashes. She is a total professional and only uses top quality products. She gets busy as she is that good but when you find "the one" you just do not want anyone else to do your eyelashes/brows

I have been doing brows for over 10 years now, and I had been looking locally for a conversion course (microblading to machine). Summer asked me alot about my work, my style, and what my clients usually go for, which I thought was very personal and super helful. The course then felt more focused and tailored to me and my clients needs. We did of course go through every technique and style to cover everything. I even learnt alot about lip blush jusy by having a real chat about the treatment which she didn't have to do. Summer is very knowledgeable, friendly and proffessional. Well… what an amazing 3 days i’ve had on the microblading beginners course learning both blading and machine! If I could rate 10 stars I would. The girls at etch are incredible and Summer is just WOW, what an inspiration, what a business, what an amazing trainer, WHAT A WOMAN! I could go on and on. I cannot recommend the training at etch enough, it was so professional, clean, informative, and thorough! I can’t explain in words how much I have come away with from this- not just knowledge, confidence too! For a total beginner in the beauty industry, I have been doing courses back to back over the past couple of months (with other companies); experiencing different trainers - etch have by far topped them all. The teaching is so thorough and everyone learns different and that does not go a miss- everyone is given attention, and if you don’t understand anything at all (even if the others in the group do) they will show you in as many different ways as possible that will enable you to ‘get it.’ I have come home after 3 days so comfortable and ready to smash my new career in the Semi-Permanent Make Up Industry! Once again thank you Summer and all the etch girls for making my dreams kick off to the most amazing start!

Absolutely amazing ! 10/10 from the 1st day I walked in to see summer right through to the clinic now and every appointment after. I always feel so welcomed and receive the best service for me and my mom! We always love our brows - they get better and better and summer knows exactly how to advice to suit our faces and styles.
