I’ve been having treatments with Maggie for 6 months now. I’ve been so happy with the results. The treatments I’ve had are laser hair removal, microneedling & the collagen wave facial.<br>Maggie is so lovely and she’s is a real expert at what she does. I can’t wait for my next facial!

I had the most amazing facial with Beth yesterday and honestly left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and looked after. The treatment was so professional, yet incredibly relaxing, and my skin has never felt so soft, hydrated, and glowing.

I recently had a collagen wave facial with Beth and had a really positive experience. The treatment itself was very comfortable, and Beth took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped me feel completely at ease throughout.<br>From the moment I arrived, the team were warm and welcoming. I was greeted with a friendly smile and even offered a drink, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and professional.<br>Overall, I’d happily give 5 stars for both the treatment and the service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality, comfortable facial experience.

Words can’t fully express the exceptional customer service at Nilam Holmes Dermaspa. I had an appointment for waxing that was unfortunately cancelled due to a staff member being unwell, and the next available slot wasn’t for a few days. However, once I explained that I was travelling and needed an appointment urgently, they went above and beyond—calling in a staff member who was actually scheduled to be off that day. They truly went the extra mile to accommodate me (thanks so much Kym)! The service here is consistently outstanding, and every visit has been a great experience. I’m already looking forward to my next one!
