This was my first time at Dermaspa and it was an amazing experience. Maggie was amazing so friendly and welcoming and so knowledgeable about what would benefit my skin. Loved it so much that have booked for another facial with Maggie 🥰

If I could give 100 rating I would. Everyone has been amazing from start to finish. The professional phone calls, consultations, emails have been perfect. I am a competiton winner and I cannot thank you enough for allowing me to win this superb treatment.<br>Brett who done my treatment was absolutely amazing! He went through the whole treatment process, answered all my questions and gave the best advice. He was so gentle and constantly made sure I was ok and comfortable.<br>This experience has been just amazing and I can't thank everyone enough. I will most definitely be back for treatments Brett recommended. 100% service.

I went in for a consultation today, and everyone was very polite and professional, I was very happy how everything was explained to me. The clinic is very nice and clean.

Indiyah was a diamond this morning. Really did everything to look after me, moved bed out of blinding sun, explained treatment and types of after effects. She was great!! The treatments wwre faulous. I will look forward to seeing her in the New Year for more treatments. Collagen Wave and Skin Pen.

Words can’t fully express the exceptional customer service at Nilam Holmes Dermaspa. I had an appointment for waxing that was unfortunately cancelled due to a staff member being unwell, and the next available slot wasn’t for a few days. However, once I explained that I was travelling and needed an appointment urgently, they went above and beyond—calling in a staff member who was actually scheduled to be off that day. They truly went the extra mile to accommodate me (thanks so much Kym)! The service here is consistently outstanding, and every visit has been a great experience. I’m already looking forward to my next one!

I had a full leg, underarm and Hollywood wax with Kym for my holiday and she was absolutely amazing, she is so so lovely and makes you feel incredibly comfortable. I was really nervous about it and she just calmed me down and helped when it was the more painful areas. She was so patient with me and it made the whole experience easier and less stressful! She was really quick and it was all pretty painless. I couldn’t not recommend her enough!
