Dr Sef is the best aesthetician I’ve ever used ! I’ve been going to him for years and not only is it a very professional and clean environment he has always kept me looking very natural!! Highly recommend!

This is 3rd time I see Dr Sef, and I can say I am sticking with him for the long term. I have used a regular who did a great job, but Dr.Sef tops him, plus the atmosphere is perfect, great ambient music, plus a clean and sophisticated surgical room and waiting area too. Dr Sef makes me feel at ease, we have good conversations and a good laugh. You are getting a professional treatment in relaxing surroundings.

The clinic is absoloutely gorgeous and Dr Sef was so lovely and made me feel really comfortable. He is warm, welcoming and extremely professional. I am obsessed with the results and will definitely be coming back.

Where can I start. Dr sef is a legend! I've been seeing him for three years now and always had VIP service. I've been to other clinics but they come nowhere close. He is professional, invested and always takes his time to listen to your concerns and ensures you are happy before you leave. He has literally changed my life and cannot recommend him enough. If you are nervous you shouldn't be. He is a master of his craft and having been other places they come no where close. Don't go anywhere else you will be disappointed. PS make sure you go hybrid !

I’ve been fortunate to work with Dr Sef for the past seven years, during which time I’ve received penile filler treatments along with regular top-ups. First and foremost, you genuinely will not find a nicer, more personable doctor.<br><br>I recently visited Dr Sef’s new clinic in Mayfair, which is in an excellent location, spotless, discreet, and very private. From the moment he greeted me, what stood out most was how personal the interaction was.<br><br>Despite not having seen him for around two years, he remembered my occupation, asked after my family, and even commented on my weight loss. That level of attention to detail really speaks volumes about the person he is and the care he has for his patients.<br><br>Historically, I’ve had annual fillers with fantastic results, and lasted well past the 12 months. However, last April I mistakenly attended a different clinic on Harley Street that shared a logo very similar to Dr Sef’s previous branding. I genuinely believed the two were affiliated, which they absolutely are not. While the service there was acceptable, the “premium” filler used lasted less than six months, despite being marketed as lasting 12–18 months. This is not something I was used to from many fillers received from Dr Sef.<br><br>Worse still, I was left with lumps and a misshapen result, which understandably had a significant impact on my confidence. When I returned to Dr Sef last week, he was able to correct the lumps, preserve the existing filler from the other clinic, and restore both the shape and my confidence through an additional course of treatment.<br><br>One moment that really stood out to me was when I mentioned returning in three months for another top-up. This would have meant additional income for him, yet he advised against it and suggested waiting longer. That honesty genuinely surprised me and perfectly demonstrates that Dr Sef prioritises patient wellbeing over profit.<br><br>What I’ve learned from this experience is simple: if something works perfectly, don’t change it.<br><br>Dr Sef, I’ll only be trusting you with my treatment from now on and thank you for being a genuinely nice bloke!

I met Dr Sef and Dr Raheem yesterday (08/01/26) for the first time . Firstly what a pair of really nice guys they are as well as being extremely professional.<br>A previous experience from another Harley street clinic had left me somewhat traumatised and extremely cautious about having anything done .<br><br>It was only through my research and the 150 reviews. That I plucked up courage to go to their clinic ( which is beautifully decorated , immaculate and maintained to an as expected Clinically clean environment.<br>Being extremely professional neither dr would criticise the previous clinics work but as a healthcare professional myself we were able to talk candidly about my previous treatment , my experience and my concerns .<br>The only option was to dissolve and start again .<br>( a huge decision but given the clinical findings which only confirmed my own suspicions about the work that had previously been performed I needed to absorb the information given .<br>There was no pressure and I was given the option to think things over and rebook if I choose to follow their recommendations.<br><br>It did take me probably 15 minutes to absorb and re -evaluate My situation based on all the clinical facts( again being a medical professional this actually was much easier for me than it might have proven for others) but this allowed me to assess my own circumstances and follow their advice.<br><br>Based on my experience from the previous Harley street Clinic this is why I sought out Dr Sef and Dr Raheem at AVIVA. In the first place .<br>.<br>We had already had a long and detailed chat via the “what’s app” with many questions on my part and without prompting Dr Sef provided published medical papers and data written by himself, and Dr Raheem which then prompted The “in person” appointment and physical assessment but on reflection I was unprepared for their physical findings .<br><br>In short , The current filler was dissolved ( no trauma no pain ( last time this was partially dissolved by the other clinic I almost leaped off the table ) this time it was pain free.<br><br>I have rebooked to start my journey again .<br>I am both reassured and excited to see the outcome, having once again read ALL<br>of the male patient reviews. There are a lot of them and ALL FIVE STAR ⭐<br>Mentally I feel relieved that I am NOW in competent, highly skilled and safe hands and that feeling is “Priceless ! “<br>I will update after my first treatment next week.<br><br>Looking forward to it guys. Which it had not<br>Again he explained the procedure and gave me the opportunity to voice any concerns .<br>He cleansed the area , and explained what expect of the local anaesthetic.<br>( a mild stinging sensation for approx 15-30 seconds )<br>The thought of the local anaesthetic is actually much worse than its administration.<br><br>After a few minutes the local. Had taken effect Dr Sef began the procedure . (Which was pain free )<br>As he sculptured to what he thought looked most natural but enhancing as per my request .<br><br>What’s unique about dr Sef is that he’s just a regular down to earth guy to just happens to be a qualified doctor who is extremely skilled in what he does!<br>The end result after my first session was impressive !<br>I had Some bruising and swelling after the procedure but that was explained by him and was expected which lasted a few days.<br><br>Things are looking good ( Infact very good !) and I’m excited for my second “ top up session”<br><br>If you’re genuinely thinking about having the procedure done I cannot recommend Dr Sef Enough 5 star ! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐<br><br>Thank you again 🙏
