3 Steps

Your Account Settings section allows you to manage and update your personal information with ease. Keeping your details accurate ensures a faster and more seamless experience when applying for PAT credit or using PLIM’s BNPL services.


Step 1 Go to account settings

Log in to your dashboard and navigate to Account Settings.

Step 2 Update any necessary information

In this section, you can update your name, gender, date of birth, and other personal details. Keeping your information up to date makes it easier to reapply for PAT and ensures a smoother, pre-filled experience during the BNPL process.

Step 3 Update and re-verify your contact number

You can also update and verify your phone number if your contact details have changed.

Note: Once registered and verified, your email address cannot be changed. Emails serve as a unique identifier for PLIM, and for security reasons, updates to email addresses are not permitted.
