This article explains the process of resending a BNPL invite to a customer after the previous invite sent has expired.
Step 1 Find the expired invite you want to resend
If a customer's invitation has expired due to non-payment of the deposit and you have to send the same invitation again, open the expired invitation from the table.
Step 2 Click on resend invitation
At the bottom, you will find a "Resend Invitation" button. Click on it to resend the invite.
Step 3 New invite has been sent
The new invitation, along with the old one, will be present on your dashboard with different statuses and invitation numbers, as the system creates a new invitation with the same data.
