4 Steps

Keep your account secure by changing your password. PLIM enables you to do so seamlessly ensuring the safety of your account and personal information.

Step 1 Login to your dashboard

Start by logging in to your dashboard by entering the registered credentials.

Step 2 Click on your clinic icon and go to settings

Once logged in, please click on your clinic profile icon and go to settings

Step 3 Enter your old password

To update your password, start by entering your current password

Step 4 Set up your new password and save

Create a new password, re-cofirm the updated password and click on save. Your password is now updated.

Note: For clinics onboarded via concierge, it is advisable to change the password post onboarding to ensure account confidentiality
