I was very unsure what to expect when I initially made contact with Alex James but Dawn was very reassuring and explained the procedure and what to expect from the PRP. After my first visit I started to see some improvement in my hair thickness. After my second my friends started noticing too. I have now had my third treatment and I am very pleased with the results. If anyone is self conscious about their hair thinning then this procedure is certainly worth trying

A quick exchange of messages, explaining what had happened and pictures we agreed the PRP treatment. It's restored my hair and my confidence back. Recently attended the PMU, tattoo removal course with Alex and Dawn. This is to run along side my tattooing. It was a very enjoyable course with good laughs and met some great people too. Its a small group so training feels 1 to 1. I had 2 pages of questions for the day but all these got answered anyway during the course. Very hands on course a small knowledge reminder at the beginning and then your on the machines. Learnt tons and i didnt think I'd use the carbon facial much but after seeing results I will be promoting this too.
