had a hair transplant a few years back and been looking into smp to add density to the front! after speaking with alex and getting in two sessions, i couldn’t be happier with the results ! very professional very friendly and couldn’t recommend anymore to anyone who is thinking of having it done!

I've just completed my laser tattoo removal training with Alex and Dawn and it was amazing 🤩. They are super friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. The clinic is modern and clean. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you! 😊

I had the absolute best experience training in laser tattoo and hair removal with Alex James SMP. Alex and Dawn were incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and so friendly — we had such a laugh throughout the course, but the training was still super professional and packed with valuable information. I felt completely supported and left feeling confident and ready to get started. The clinic and training environment is absolutely beautiful — clean, modern, and welcoming. I also left with a fully equipped machine, which was a huge bonus and made me feel even more prepared to hit the ground running. Couldn’t recommend them enough! I may even be back in the future for more training! Thanks again to both of you.

I was extremely nervous beforehand, but from the moment I arrived, Alex and Dawn made me feel completely at ease. Their support, knowledge, and friendly approach helped build my confidence straight away. The training was hands-on, informative, and delivered in such a welcoming environment. I highly recommend doing a training course with them!

From the first encounter to the end of the training was brilliant. Good communication and plenty of hands on experience to be able to be confident with the machine. Backed up by manuals and where to purchase the consumables. Thanks a million will be back for more training soon xx

I attended the laser hair removal and tattoo removal courses and had the best 2 days training! Alex and Dawn were lovely and extremely knowledgable. I can’t thank them enough for their patience and providing a range of different areas and models to work on. I feel really confident and excited to start my adventure in my own little clinic. After 30 years working in the scrap metal industry i decided it was time for a change so try my hand at laser tattoo removal. I found Alex James academy online and gave them a call. From the first contact to completing the very enjoyable course both Alex & Dawn have been amazing and I left with the confidence to go it alone knowing they are on hand if i need them. Top marks all round 😀

I was so nervous taking on a new carer path but both Alex and Dawn were brilliant, you know your there to learn a new skill but you leave feeling confident, knowledgeable and knowing you have support for life. Any queries I've had since have been responded to promptly and being in a group were you can ask questions with others going through the journey is just amazing. Thank you!
