I’ve been seeing Stacey for over two years, and she never disappoints! Her HydraFacial treatments always leave my skin glowing, refreshed and deeply hydrated. While she maintains her professionalism, she’s also warm and friendly, making every visit enjoyable. The other staff are also very welcoming and speak nicely, creating a pleasant experience every time I visit.

Had a great experience today with Stacey having Lumecca. She explains everything and includes effects that may not be as effective on my oily, olive skin. This is my second treatment and she's made me feel at ease, comfortable and discussed how the treatment works and how my skin may or may not react. Following my second treatment, I can definitely see improvements in areas where I have hyperpigmentation and thread veins and can't wait for my next session. Stacey is so professional and knowledgeable so I feel that I can trust her to do what is best for me and my skin. Totally recommend this lovely lady for any skin concerns.

I’ve been with KL for five years now. Before that, I’d seen other practitioners and was never really unhappy, but a friend recommended KL for a particular treatment I was a bit wary about—so I decided to book an appointment. From that moment on, I’ve never gone anywhere else. Nurse Jacs is my go-to, she’s fabulous, but every single lady there is a specialist in her profession. I honestly can’t recommend them enough — they’re kind, friendly, approachable and so down-to-earth. Their knowledge and honesty truly stands out. Always go to Jacs for my lips & Botox, I have used a few of the other ladies here too and they are all absolutely fabulous. Amazing natural results, that last a lot longer than previous places I have used. Never had a problem, always leave feeling amazing and 1000% satisfied that they have done what I have asked. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming too, would never go anywhere else!

Hydrafacial*** I’ve been going to Stacey at KL for the last few years I have had various treatments which have all had fantastic results !!!! My go to treatment is the Hydrafacial I have it every 6-8 weeks and the results speak for themselves. Always tailored to how my skin is on the day and personal to my needs. I visited KL cosmetics for the first time today and had a treatment with Claire. Parking is really easy as it's out of town centre. The facility is spotless and the staff are super friendly, calm and welcoming. Claire is lovely; really professional and such a knowledgeable practitioner.
