I highly recommend HWN Aesthetics (seems to be a theme on these reviews!). I have had numerous appointments with Harris (the owner) and he is absolutely fabulous. From the moment you walk in, it doesn’t feel like a clinic – it feels like visiting old friends. It’s a true family-run business, with his mum and partner also working there, and the warmth they create is better than family. The results speak for themselves – flawless – but what really sets them apart is the aftercare. I feel so looked after, supported, and confident that I would never dream of going anywhere else. HWN Aesthetics is phenomenal in every way.

I don’t usually write reviews (I had to ask my son how to even post this), but I feel like I have to share how amazing my experience has been with HWN Aesthetics Clinic Academy. I’m completely new to facial cosmetics and had started to feel a bit selfconscious about ageing. So many of my friends spoke highly of this clinic so I booked a consultation. Straight away I realised this wasn’t just a sales pitch. It felt genuine and supportive. I ended up speaking with three different people, all with their own specialisms. Julie did my laser consultation. I suffer with ingrown hairs in places we won’t go into, and she explained everything so clearly, including the hair growth cycle and how to prevent them at home. What stood out was that she gave me advice I could try without spending anything. It proved to me that they care about people, not just money. I did book a course of six sessions and by my third I’ve had no regrowth and no ingrown hairs at all. Julie is so professional and caring. Thank you, Julie. Then I met Scott to talk about skin treatments. I was nervous about trying medicalgrade products as I’ve always just used the basics but he actually recommended some cheaper bits from Boots as well as explaining the ZO starter pack. That honesty really meant a lot. I’ve since started the ZO routine and my skin already feels hydrated and my pigmentation is softer. Scott was warm approachable and cared more about educating me than pushing me to spend. I also briefly met Harris even though I wasn’t booked with him. He was busy but still came over to say hello. I asked about fillers and he told me honestly that I didn’t need them. When I mentioned my forehead lines he explained Botox would work but reassured me it was a want and not a need. Again, no pressure at all just honest advice. I did go ahead with Botox and met Milly for the medical consultation. I was surprised how quick it was but I also learned it’s a legal requirement to see the prescriber face to face because Botox is a medicine. Hearing that really reassured me that HWN does everything properly especially when I know people who have had it done elsewhere without this step, its not to shame other clinics but colleagues I work with in north lincs can walk in to same day appointments and ive since learnt this is not following the rules. What impressed me most was that if I had gone with everything I thought I needed, I would have spent over £3,000. Instead, the team guided me towards what was right for me, laser, Botox and skincare. That level of honesty and integrity is rare. Jasmine on reception also deserves a mention. She is so bubbly and welcoming that I actually enjoyed waiting. It helped so much with my nerves being new to all of this. I could have spoke with her for ages. Its nice to know she has known Harris for over 15 years and shares the passion for her work just as much as the owner does. The clinic itself is stunning. You can tell a lot of work has gone into creating a safe, beautiful and private space. It’s central in Lincoln but discreet enough that you don’t feel on show coming in and out. The only tiny thing I could say is that Harris called me in about five minutes late. But I watched him help an older lady safely out to her car and to be honest that just shows how much care they give their clients. You are in safe hands here. Julie is a nurse, Milly is a nurse prescriber and both Harris and Jennie are finishing their master’s in nursing (good luck to you both). I’ve never felt so looked after in a safe way, but also it's personable, warm and they treat you with such professionalism. I cant say much for the training as I am not a student but I have seen their training facilities and WOW it's such a great place for people to learn. It has made me want to train! My friends all go here, they are who recommended me as they all return. I am so thankful I listened because my new found confidence since my divorce has gave me what feels like a new lease of life. I have recently completed my beginners aesthetics course with HWN Aesthetics and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The training was majorly thorough, supportive & professional. Had an absolutely amazing experience getting non-surgical rhinoplasty with Harris, I was quite nervous about the procedure but him and his energy really calmed me down and talked me through the whole process, he made sure I was okay through every step and gave me so much reassurance! I wasn’t the biggest fan of my nose and he gave me the best advice on how he can change it while still keeping it natural! I’m so happy with the results and feel so much more confident with my side profile. I had such a great experience at my consultation yesterday. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The clinic itself is absolutely beautiful. Harris was amazing throughout the whole appointment. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me honest and thoughtful advice. Considering this was my first time to the clinic, meeting Harris and some of the team the experience was everything l'd expect. What a genuinely lovely person supported by a great team. You should be so proud of what you have built, it's truly a credit to you.

I attended the clinic for the first time last week after being recommended. Honestly they were so welcoming from start to finish. Thoughtout they made my experience enjoyable. Harris made sure I was OK and not experiening being uncomfortablewith the treatment.. He Did a thourgh consultation and advised where treatment would be needed to get the desired look. So caring and really welcomin. I definatly will be going back and im so happy with the results honestly cant recommended enough. :)
