My experience from start to finish at Clineva Medispa has been outstanding. From my warm welcome into the salon by Jade, offerings of refreshments and comfort in the most beautiful and exceptional waiting room. I felt at ease, relaxed and very well taken care of. Clineva Medispa professionals provided me with a high level of experience, quality and decadent care during my treatment, way beyond my expectations. During my initial consultation with Jacqueline, it was very clear that I was in safe and incredibly knowledgeable professional care. The level of detailed and high specialism in the environment, state of the art treatments and treatment rooms is something to behold. I was provided with the most current and informative awareness, guidance and understanding of procedures and treatments that were specific to me. This was delivered by Jacqueline is the most sensitive, responsive and compassionate way. During my treatment, I felt relaxed, at ease and completely comfortable in the care and professionalism of Jacqueline. I was provided with time, patience and care during the whole process. Beautiful clinic all staff really friendly and professional. Jacqueline has a really calming presence and is clearly very experienced and highly skilled. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a high quality aesthetic practitioner.

I recently completed dermaplaning training with Cliniva, and from the very first point of contact, the communication was excellent. Nicky, my trainer, was incredibly helpful and provided clear, detailed information regarding the venue, costs, and the online training that needed to be completed before the practical session. I arrived an hour early, having made good time travelling from the High Peak in Derbyshire. Nicky and her team gave me a warm welcome, offered me a drink, and showed me to the restroom. She also kindly informed her client that I had arrived early, and we then began the one-to-one introduction to dermaplaning. Before we started, I was asked if it was okay to take photos and videos for promotional purposes, which I was happy to agree to. Once the theory portion was complete, Nicky introduced me to my model and guided me step by step through the practical side of the training. She provided clear instructions and was consistently patient, supportive, and encouraging throughout. Once she assessed me as competent, she also covered the practical aspects of setting up — including guidance on where to order the necessary equipment. I can absolutely see why Cliniva is an award-winning training centre. The day ran smoothly from start to finish, and I left feeling confident and well-prepared in my new skills. I attended Cliniva today for a consultation. I was looking for advice on how to rejuvenated my neck and lower face area. Nicki was very welcoming. She and Jacqueline were great, they answered my questions and recommended a treatment package aimed at tightening and lifting my problem areas.
