I’ve had a great experience at Soni clinic. She has been very informative, before and after the treatment. She has good knowledge and experience of what she is doing, which is a huge relief. Very professional and friendly throughout. And the whole experience was just super nice. I’ve gone ahead and removed some skin tags which were bothering me and I think it was a good call. Definitely recommend to all ❤️and thanks for taking good care of me.

She is very knowledgeable on treatments and all the required medical questions asked before commencing any treatment to ensure the best and the safest treatment. Absolutely amazing customer service. Attention to details/concerns by Dipti is exceptional. Dipti really made me feel like she fully understood my questions/concerns and a lot of patience shown. She genuinely cared and listened to concerns and then guidance on how to best tackle issues. For example, an actual tutorial of how to best apply a a cream on my very dry eye lids. What made it so refreshing was that she assured me that she “was with me on this journey “ of self care and a start of a new skin routine. I absolutely will continue my journey of self and skin care with Dipti and Soni skin care. For a change, I wasn’t just a number and it wasn’t just about ticking things off and off I went after my consultation. Very approachable after care service is key difference in my experience.
