I was nervous & also late for my appointment which added to my stress levels, however once I met Natasha and the team I completely relaxed and the treatment gave instant amazing results. Great service and excellent attention. I am very pleased that before my procedure I informed about a minor procedure, Smitha spoke to a nurse to make sure the procedure is safe to proceed. It was my decision to proceed, thanks for explaining things which I was not aware of. She also placed order the correct product which will be suitable for my pigmentation and which can make sure the upcoming procedures will make sure they are effective and safe. Reception was great. 5* to the team. Thanks for the wonderful service.
