Gemma is honestly the loveliest person and makes the whole experience so comfortable from start to finish. Waxing can obviously feel a little awkward, but she has such a warm and friendly personality that you instantly feel at ease.<br><br>The conversations are always amazing and genuinely make the appointment fly by, which helps so much in that situation! She’s professional, welcoming and just an all round lovely person.<br><br>I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else other than Gemma and would recommend her to absolutely anyone.
