I have struggled with acne for quite a while, so when I first went into The Treatment Lounge I told Carys that my skin was actually the best it had ever been. Even so, she explained that she could still help transform my skin. Straight away it was clear how knowledgeable she is about acne and skin health. She took the time to really assess my skin, explain what was happening beneath the surface, and talk me through medical-grade skincare, which I hadn’t known much about before.<br><br>Carys recommended Alumier products and carefully explained why each one would help my specific skin concerns. I often get painful acne and deep bumps under my skin, and in the past I had been on medication and used creams prescribed by my doctor. None of those treatments came close to the results I have seen from the products and routine Carys recommended.<br><br>What really stood out to me was how much time and care she put into explaining everything. She created a weekly plan for me and made sure I understood how and when to use each product. Her advice felt very personalised and it was obvious she has a huge amount of knowledge and experience with acne.<br><br>It has now been about four weeks since I started using the products and I’ve seen a dramatic improvement in my skin. I actually noticed changes within the first few days. My skin looks clearer, healthier, and much calmer than before.<br><br>I’m genuinely so grateful for Carys’ advice, knowledge, and support. She made me feel confident that my skin could improve, and the results have already made such a difference to my confidence. I’m really excited to see how my skin continues to improve going forward and I would highly recommend her.

I started going to Cheshire Treatment Lounge in January 2025 as I had Rosacea and nothing the doctors prescribed helped. Carys has been fantastic and my skin is in the best it's been in years. Even so I'm planning on continuing to go for treatments on my face to keep it so good. My first time visiting today and I was really impressed from the moment I walked in, friendly, welcoming.<br>Treatment with Mari was spot on from the warm temperature which was needed on a cold Chester morning to the ambient MUSIC, I have to say that the MUSIC was at the right level and really helped with the relaxing treatment.<br>Would highly recommend for any trip to Chester. Don’t miss this beautiful place.

Carys recently did my botox and filler for me and WOW!! She is incredible at what she does. Basically an aesthetic artist! My lips have never been done better, and with only a small amount of filler. And she is so gentle. Thank you so much, i am your new regular! 100% recommend x
