I have been going to Therapy House since December with acne and rosacea. My skin is looking amazing thanks to Laura and the skin regime she prescribed. After years of spending money on products that don’t work and taking prescription medication, I have finally found something that does work. I was very sceptical at first but three months in and I’m so happy!

Dawn is brilliant at what she does. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Totally honest and won’t do anything you don’t need, even if you think you do need it. Highly recommend.

Dawn’s expertise and experience is second to none. She provides a friendly, and non-judgemental service and is extremely knowledgeable in her field. She listens to your concerns and provides options for you that you’re comfortable with. She’s dramatically improved my skin care regime. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dawns experience and knowledge is impeccable! I love that Dawn really goes above and beyond to explain how things work so you understand the process and timeframe of your results. I love that Dawn listens to what you want and gives the best advice of how to look after your skin and health. Very pleased with the whole customer experience xx

After doing lots of research I settled on Therapy House for a Consultation as it offered the most treatments under one roof. It is not my nearest Save Face accredited clinic, I travel about 40 minutes, but it has been worth it. I met the owner Dawn for my Consultation and she was knowledgeable, friendly, understanding and no pushy sales. She has even said no to some treatments I had been looking at, as she didn't think I needed them, so it has been refreshing to find somewhere that had my best interests at heart and not their profit margins. I started the personalised treatment regime Dawn recommended for me, and so far I am impressed. My skin is getting to where I want it to be quicker than I imagined and it hasn't broke the bank. Therapy House really is a hidden gem. All the staff are lovely, the premises are clean and beautiful, and I doubt I'll go anywhere else now. Thanks guys xx
