Following an initial consultation in April 2025, I had an FUE2500 transplant on 24th July 2025 (about a week ago). From the very first meeting all the way through to the procedure and then the aftercare this week I have found the team at Wimpole to absolutely fantastic. Kristy in particular is the perfect balance of compassionate and professional and the medical team were all great to work with. I’d strongly recommend Wimpole as the first company to speak to if you’re considering any hair work. I’m really pleased with the results so far but won’t know the full results for about nine months, I’ll leave another update then.

I was almost brought to tears this morning and not as one might imagine from the pain of a needle dancing around the least protected areas of my head but from something far more wondrous and joyous. Kindness and empathy. Two words rarely heard from customers describing their experiences but when it comes to how I was treated from the highly professional staff at the Wimpole Clinic this morning, kindness and empathy are exactly the right words. So whist the astonishing results they achieve at the clinic are oft documented and beyond question what is less recognised is the exemplary manner in which every patient is treated as an individual over a means to a pay cheque. I had my hair transplant (1900 grafts) with Wimpole Clinic in November 2024, and it has been 6 months since the procedure. I am very pleased with the results so far, and I hope the density will continue to increase and reach its full potential in 12 months' time. I want to thank my advisor, Simone, who has been very patient throughout the consultation and aftercare. He messaged me almost every day post-surgery for 2 weeks. Then he regularly checked up on me and answered any of my questions within the same day. Also, thank Dr Malkani and his team for the fantastic work. I had visited six clinics before deciding to go with Wimpole, and I think I made the right choice. If you are considering a hair transplant in London, I would recommend Wimpole Clinic. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at the Wimpole Hair Transplant Clinic. From start to finish, the care and professionalism I received were absolutely outstanding. My initial consultation with Sean was incredibly informative and reassuring. He took the time to understand my concerns, answered all of my questions in detail, and made me feel completely at ease about the procedure. His honesty and expertise were a big part of why I chose Wimpole. On the day of the surgery, I was looked after by the brilliant surgical team. Dr. Thomas, my surgeon, was not only skilled but also incredibly kind and focused. He explained every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Eva and Ciara, the technicians, were equally fantastic—meticulous in their work, friendly, and supportive the entire day. The whole team worked seamlessly together, creating a calm and positive environment. The level of care I received exceeded my expectations, and I left the clinic feeling confident and well looked after. What really stood out for me was the exceptional aftercare, especially from Sean. He followed up with me regularly to check on my healing progress, provided detailed guidance for each stage of recovery, and was always available to answer questions, no matter how small. His ongoing support made the whole journey feel personal and stress-free, and it was clear he genuinely cared about my outcome and satisfaction. I’m now well into my recovery and already thrilled with the early results. I would recommend Wimpole without hesitation to anyone considering a hair transplant. They are true professionals who genuinely care about their patients.

Wimpole clinic was a great experience they were very welcoming. I was with Lizzie and sabah who did the majority of my surgery and they were fantastic! Couldn’t have made me feel anymore comfortable. Thank you. Dr dayah did my incisions so looking forward to how the hairline will look over the coming weeks. Will be sure to edit with an updated review in the future. Edit: As promised here’s my update 20th February 2025. HT late August 2024. Positives: So in terms of the hair transplant I’m overall happy. It appears natural and the recovery went well. Consultant was on hand to answer messages for the few weeks after the hair transplant and was very knowledgeable. The negatives: I’ve noticed two grafts that are doubles at the front of my hairline which bugs me because there’s no reason a two hair graft should be at the front of my hairline as it stands out (I’m obviously inspecting more than a usual person). Nevertheless, this type of error should never have happened. I paid good money and it’s on my head forever so yeah it’s something to complain about. Looking back, the hairline consultation felt rushed and hairline was decided within 3 minutes. The doctor had a “I know what I’m doing and you don’t” attitude—not the best experience for the price. But result looks good so can’t complain too much. Could give a 4 star but will keep it at a 5. I came for a natural hairline. I got a natural hair line. Couple things to complain about but happy overall.

I was very cautious about which clinic to use for my hair transplant, so thoroughly researched those in London and in Turkey. After some consultations, The Wimpole Clinic stood out to me with their professionalism, clean premises and lots of good reviews on Google, Reddit, etc. I went ahead with 2,500 grafts yesterday and so far, so good. The team who carried out the transplant were excellent (Dr Dayah, Adil, Manz and George - sorry if I've spelt any names wrong!). Samanta was who I had my initial consultation with and she remains my day-to-day contact - she's been amazing and proactive with all the info that I need going forward, steps I need to follow, etc. Overall, 10/10 so far!

Exceptional service from start to finish. From the moment I nervously contacted to the day I had my day of treatment (yesterday), everyone associated with the Wimpole Clinic was screeded expectations. James - the gentlemen who ‘client managed’ my treatment, has answered every question within seconds of me asking quite literally at any time of day or evening, and they not only manage expectations very well, but also exceed them at every chance they can. I’ve probably met a dozen people there from the most talented hair transplant surgeons in Europe to the receptionists and they all excel with a wonderful balance between professional & personable. Don’t waste your time talking to anyone else - they won’t try to sell to you; they’ll just help you choose what you want and deliver it to you in spades.
