I only met with Lily for my consultation today, but I felt in good hands, as she kindly answered all my questions and asked me questions so that the treatment I’d chosen met my expectations/need. I’ve booked and can’t wait to attend to have my treatment carried out asap.

Lily is a great therapist, very professional and made me feel at ease for my lazer hair removal treatment. It was pain free and quick. The transformation clinic is very clean and cool in this hot weather and the whole experience was very comfortable. I will definitely be going back and can’t recommend them enough.

Lily is brilliant! She is so professional, friendly and polite. Lily took her time and did my laser thoroughly covering all areas needed. She didn't rush like some other experiences I have had in the past. Keep up the good work and thank you very much. :)

So pleased with how my first session went. Thank you Lily for being so welcoming and telling me what was happening as we went. I felt really comfortable and the treatment wasn’t painful or uncomfortable at all. I’m looking forward to returning!

Had Gel Polish on my fingers and toes for my holiday. Lovely relaxing experience at the salon. Good selection of colours to choose from and Shelbie did a fantastic job! My nails looked fab on holiday and 3 weeks on are still going strong! Going back this week to have my finger nails redone as they have grown so much!
