Exceptional experience from start to finish. Incredibly professional and genuinely friendly, the team at The Skin Firm made me feel completely at ease. They were highly knowledgeable, clearly explained every step of the process, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. I received treatment for excessive sweating, and the results have been truly life-changing. I can’t thank them enough. Honestly the best clinic I’ve ever to been for my treatments doing , and I’ve been to lots in my 57 years . Dr Naren explained everything thoroughly to me before and during my treatments , and the results I absolutely love. I would 100% recommend him to all my friends , and give 10 stars if I could . ;)

I honestly can’t rate Dr Naren highly enough. I feel like I have MY face back. I started grinding my teeth in my late teens and ended up with really overdeveloped masseter muscles. My face completely changed shape and I haven’t felt like myself in years. I went to Dr Naren for masseter botox and now, I look in the mirror and I see myself again! Not just the stress and worry that makes me grind my teeth! Dr Naren saw exactly what I saw, which was incredibly validating! The whole experience felt like a collaboration. He really listened and took an interest. I saw him for the initial treatment, then again for a small top-up on one side (free of charge), as well as a final check-in. Dr Naren was very knowledgeable about the procedure and up-to-date with best practices. Rearranging an appointment was super easy via WhatsApp. He and his wife run the clinic together and are a total dream team! Excellent results, excellent service, excellent experience! 👏🏻

My experience here getting filler was 5 stars! Dr Naren was very friendly and reassuring and made me feel at ease. The treatment process had minimal discomfort and my result was natural and just as I wanted. I would definitely come back again and recommend here to anyone getting filler for the first time.
