Absolutely amazing place, had laser treatment for facial veins, I've been to lots of of places for this but The retreat Margate was the best! So thorough and brilliant value for money. Really reccomend.

I had Botox for the first time with Tiffany at the retreat and I’m so so happy with the results. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get similar treatments. She is really reassuring, experienced and the result is very natural. I’m 31 and it was my first Botox and I have no regrets! It’s faded my forehead and eye lines and I love it 💕

I have been to The Retreat for a number of laser hair removal sessions. Tiff is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the treatment and explains the pros and cons clearly. She is kind and very caring and I have recommended The Retreat to a number of friends.

I booked a last minute deep tissue massage at the retreat with not knowing the place before I looked it up online. I was incredibly happy with the service that was provided! The space itself was calm and clean, and the massage was amazing! Everything was clearly explained to me and she even gave me some recommendations on what to do to help with my neck and back pain. Will definitely be visiting again.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Beautiful surroundings and the most relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Gi she was fantastic. One of the most relaxing treatments I have ever had it was the best experience. I will definitely be booking back in.

Would highly recommend Gi for a bikini / Brazilian wax. She was so lovely and put me at ease. Gi took such good care and really helped it to be as pain free as she could :) really happy with result

Couldn’t recommend enough. Booked in for a full body massage and the attention to detail Gi provides is first class. Her ability to relief tension from sore/ affected areas was amazing. Very relaxing setting with calming music to listen to. Definitely worth booking in and seeing Gi.

It was my first time visiting today and it most definitely won't be my last! The place is a lovely hidden gem, beautifully decorated and makes you instantly feel at ease! I had skin tag removal with Tiff first and she was so professional, talked me through every step and it was over and done with in 5 minutes! Then I went in to see Gi for a microdermabrasion facial and honestly it was the best thing I've ever experienced! Gi was very knowledgeable in the products and also in how to get the best results for your skin, teamed with a head massage and I actually thought I had gone to heaven! Both women were absolutely lovely, I never felt rushed like they wanted the next client in, or judged like you do when you go to some aesthetic salons, I will definitely be back ❤️

I was recommended The Retreat on the strength of the quality of their aesthetics as they also do massages. I'm so glad I went! I had a really intense back, neck and shoulders massage from Gi. She really knows what she's doing, she's great! She even zeroed in on an issue that I didn't realise was there. I've only had those holiday massages before (eg. sand unwittingly rubbed into burnt skin on a beach in Goa 😂) and so it was such a joy and a luxury to finally have a proper one! Highly recommended. I'll be back.
