Went for my second endolift in around 8 months, was very happy with the first one so wanted an even better result, really happy already with today's result, this is a very professional clinic, easy to reach with Maryam always at end to talk to if I need to. I got 3 follow up appointment last time and got a follow up next week. Great doctor and clinic based on someone who has seen many doctors and nurses in this field over the years.<br>Fabrice

I recently went to see Dr. Russo because I was concerned about ageing. I had some purple discolouration under my eyes, and even though I tried lots of eye creams and retinol, nothing seemed to help. I’d had filler before, but it only improved fine lines and not the colour.<br><br>Dr. Russo recommended polynucleotides and the procedure was super quick with a very tiny needle. It hasn’t been long, but my under-eye area already looks more refreshed. I’m planning to see him again soon to check if I need a follow-up treatment.<br><br>Dr. Russo explained everything throughout, so I always knew exactly what was happening. I would 100% recommend him.

I had Co2 Laser for eyebags 1 week ago and the results are simply amazing! I am super happy I choosed Dr.Russo. He is very professional, explained to me the whole procedure in details and assisted me for the entire duration of my journey. The treatment itself can be a bit painful but it’s super fast and the recovery time is so short.Highly recommended!I will definitely choose this clinic for other treatments!

On my first visit Dr Russo knew exactly what I needed to be done and gave me the best treatment and service. Im definitely coming back for more treatments which I booked on spot for the coming weeks.<br>The results were immediate!

I don't like leaving reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others about the treatment I received at the hands of Dr Russo so here goes.<br>I attended this clinic for laser treatment expecting professional care and safe, considered decision-making. Instead, I was left with visible, permanent damage and scarring.<br><br>During the appointment, I was pressured into additional treatment that I had already said I did not want, after the procedure had started and while I was numb. This left me in no position to give proper, informed consent. The treatment itself was extremely painful, unevenly applied, and I was not provided with standard protective measures. I was screaming in pain, asking him to stop the treatment which he said he shouldn't do, and I had to be held down by Dr. Russo until he finished the procedure.<br><br>After raising serious concerns about the outcome, the doctor initially acknowledged that the results were substandard, only to later dismiss my concerns entirely. Further, when he took progress photos to compare, I believe he edited them to make the results look better and gas light me into accepting the results (evidence of this being when he took the photo, he wouldn't show me immediately, played around with some settings before showing me, and refused to share the file with me which would allow me to see if the image had been edited). Since then, I have tried reaching out to no avail and have been repeatedly ignored despite giving ample opportunity to resolve the matter privately and professionally. I submitted a formal complaint which Dr Russo acknowledged receiving via Whatsapp and said he would get back to me, however he never did. Getting nowhere, I filed a claim in court against him for damages which I won. Dr Russo now owes me nearly £10,000 (potentially more than that now with interest) and yet he still refuses to engage.<br><br>This is a just short summary of my experience and there is a lot more to the story. The lack of accountability, follow-up, and basic duty of care has been shocking. I now have a judgment against him, and despite this, he is still refusing to respond. I am now formalising my complaint with the General Medical Council and anywhere else I can. This man is a cowboy and I strongly advise anyone considering treatment here to think very carefully.

I felt I am being scammed and spent £560.00 for nothing. I would give zero ratings as I got zero result for my burn marks. I have been to this clinic in August and September 2023, Dr Russo said that scars would fade away up to 90% in one session of derma Melanie treatment but i couldn't find any result even I took two sessions. At the first meeting, he was so prommable and convinceable towards his treatment. Later he suggested for chemical peel. Personally I didn't like spending more money for the treatment where I am not getting any result. I was so disappointed ☹️ I have my pictures of scars but don't know where I can post them.

Not a revies of this place but of a 'DR RUSSO" who visits different salons with disastrous results on client, at exorbitant prices. e.g. £500 Botox in one position. Response from Dr Russo inaccurate, NO follow up appointment. Was told if I took down this review then I could have follow up apointment
