If you're on the fence about laser hair removal, do it! I've been getting laser hair removal for about a year and have noticed a significant reduction in all areas. I have about 50-60% less hair, and I haven't finished my 10 session package yet. What is left is lighter and softer. It's had a huge impact. The two things I like about The One & Only in particular: 1. Completely painless laser machine: I researched the machines in Richmond a lot before choosing this place, and it paid off. I have literally never had even a moment of pain during a session. 2. Consistency: I like that all sessions are done by Sepi, so I just have to coordinate with one person and I know who and what to expect each time. And as a bonus plus I'll say honesty – if actually research laser you'll see that anyone who is guaranteeing 100% removal in 5 sessions is lying. Sepi has been honest with me from the start about how much reduction I could probably expect for various package lengths and how it varies by person. She doesn't push you for full removal, she gives you the info and lets you decide how and when you want to do sessions. The honest information has been very helpful.

Sepi was very professional and kind therapist, I enjoyed my hydrofacial. I feel brand new, I definitely will be coming back. She recommend that I do a course of microneedling, so I will be purchasing at my next visit.

Results have been incredible—no visible hair growth on my underarms, noticeably smoother legs with minimal regrowth and the same with all other areas she's worked on for me. After being let down by some of the chains I'm really happy with the results as I thought it was my thick dark hairs that were the problem, turns out it was not having access to the right person and machines. Sepi uses a high-quality laser machine that’s both powerful and completely painless—no discomfort at all. If you have sensitive skin like me you will notice that there is almost 0 itchiness/dryness or other such issues that other lasers have caused me in the past. Sepi is highly skilled, professional, and incredibly accommodating. She will explain in detail what you need to do on your end to ensure that the process is effective.
