Emily was fantastic from start to finish. She welcomed me in with a smile as well as by my name which I didn’t expect after only booking the appointment online, a very little but significant detail. I was offered a drink before getting on with the consultation. Emily was very professional throughout and was always stopping to make sure everything was understood and whether I had any questions relating to the potential treatment I may be having. The information was delivered clearly and at a good pace, it didn’t feel rushed at all.<br>I wasn’t made to feel under any pressure to purchase a treatment there and then although that was my intention. Again, Emily spoke to me about the payment options and the details each one entailed.<br>From start to finish, it was seamless and very easy. After a very thorough consultation with Emma I have finally started my laser hair removal journey. Emma is the kindest soul & makes you feel so relaxed. The treatment itself was quick, painless & not at all anything like I’d imagined.
