Emily is so nice and professional, lovely to have conversation with her, my 2nd session was quick and non painful. My first session was with Emma and she was really nice too, couldn’t dream for a better team honestly.

It was my first appointment having laser with Emma today and she is amazing! I was so nervous beforehand but she is so welcoming, made me feel so comfortable and reassured me. She asked if I was okay throughout the treatment and ensured I was comfortable. Painless and enjoyable experience! Can’t wait to come back! 🌟

I had my consultation with the lovely Emma yesterday. Not only was she warm and welcoming, we had a such a laugh. She explained everything thoroughly and continued to make sure I understood the treatment before continuing with the package. I visited The Laser Lounge in Portsmouth today for a patch test to begin the process of having old microblading removed. The clinic was easy to find, with the added bonus of an hour’s free parking right outside. On arrival, I was greeted by a friendly, confident therapist and immediately noticed how clean, professional and welcoming the space felt – even down to the subtle Jo Malone scent. Although today was just a patch test, I was really impressed by the standard of care and the quality of the equipment being used. Having previously worked in a similar industry, I can recognise when a business has invested in the right technology and training, and it’s clear that The Laser Lounge has done exactly that. I left feeling reassured, comfortable, and confident in their expertise, and I’ll be returning to start tattoo removal treatments. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for safe and professional results.

I had a full body laser with Emily today, she was so lovely and kind. She made me feel relaxed and as comfortable as possible. Emily is such a warm friendly girl I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She knew I was a bit nervous and kept me at ease through the whole session. I will definitely be back for more treatments with her!

I have just received my second session of Pigmentation Removal above my upper lip. Emily has been fantastic from the start, friendly, welcoming and always putting me as ease. Her knowledge is amazing and told me exactly how the process would work and how it would feel. From the first session I was amazed at the results I received and the steps I was told would happened all happened with minimal discomfort - Emily even saw it a few days later and confirmed how well it was healing, giving me reassurance that the process is working. As always, another lovely treatment with Emily. She’s always bright and bubbly but still professional. A quick and easy process to zap the hairs away on my face & neck that was really denting my self confidence. 4 sessions in and barely any re-growth. Couldn’t be happier and wish I’d done it sooner!

I’ve been seeing Emma for my laser sessions for the last 6 months and she is incredible. She puts you at ease as soon as you walk in with a big smile and bubbly personality. If you worry about getting embarrassed to have certain areas done, you don’t need to! Emma is so reassuring and kind in every situation you can imagine! She is also so thorough and works to get you the best results. I’ve noticed such a change in my hair growth and am so thankful for having started this process because it’s made me feel so much more confident ready for summer!
