I had an incredibly positive, relaxing experience getting PRF microneedling carried out by Nurse Macy. She is confident, highly competent, and exceptionally professional. Before starting, she thoroughly evaluated my skin type and age (61yrs), and she walked me through every step of the process.The clinical space was perfectly clean and sterile. Thanks to a strong numbing cream, the motorized micro needling pen treatment (0.5mm/0.25mm) felt like a gentle facial massage and was entirely pain-free. Nurse Macy seamlessly integrated the liquid PRF (derived from a quick, standard blood draw) into my skin. I left feeling hydrated, refreshed, and glowing. Right after the treatment, my face felt slightly tight for around 12 hours. I had very little colour change in skin tone. I can highly recommend this treatment.

A lovely experience all round. Had my consultation with Hayley and Botox 2 weeks later with Macie. Both extremely professional and super lovely - I’m not the best with needles and actually passed out the last time I got Botox (somewhere else, not at The English Beauty) but Macie was so comforting and calming. She even gave me some stress balls! Such a gorgeous and professional clinic, would absolutely recommend, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

It is the first time that I have ever had fillers or Botox. Hayley was very informative and great at explaining the whole process. I had a filler review due to swelling underneath my eyes. Hayley was so lovely and reassuring. I had developed flu after my fillers and during the heatwave in Uk 🤣. This led to a late onset inflammatory response 3 weeks after the original procedure. Hayley was very knowledgable and put my mind at rest.
