Dr Lauren was very profession, she listened to my concerns thoroughly. We picked a treatment that we feel would benefit the majority of my concerns. When it came to the treatment I was so pleased with how she made me feel at ease, the treatment was almost painfree. I'm over the moon with the whole experience. I've had some medical issues with my face and I am very careful who I trust in regards to my face. I can honestly say I trust Dr Lauren with my face. Thank You so much. I am now considering the next treatment she suggested.

I honestly cannot recommend Natalie enough. After having a nose job several years ago which didn’t go to plan, Natalie has quite literally fixed my nose. She’s made me feel so so confident in my own skin. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face - she is so so skilled!

Day one after Dr Nat gave me Botox and filler. I am 58 years old and felt I looked tired. I didn’t want to look like a 30 year old, I just want to be the best version of me. I think that is what Dr Nat has done for me. Can’t wait to keep seeing daily improvements. She explained everything before hand, and knows exactly what she is doing and how the procedure would affect different parts of my face. Before my procedure without makeup and day after with a little makeup

She has a wealth of knowledge, always gives the time to explain things and we can contact Roisin if we have any questions or concerns, she is such a lovely, caring person. Natalie is excellent at what she does, she is very professional, friendly and puts you at ease. She will make suggestions about what will work best for you and I have no hesitation recommending her.

I recently visited the clinic (it was my first time) and had treatment with Dr Nat who was very professional. I had swelling the following day and rang the clinic on a daily basis slightly worried, they reassured me it was completely normal. Today was the first day I hadn’t rang the clinic as the swelling had subsided. Instead, I received a call from the clinic today asking how I was & whether the swelling had subsided. I was so touched that they had rang to check on me. Now that’s what you call FANTASTIC CUSTOMER aftercare!!

I had my first treatment with Charlotte this morning - I had Moxi laser. Charlotte was amazing, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I felt completely as ease and the experience was great. I've already booked to go back again for further treatments.
