My very first visit with Dr Natalie today at the Whalley clinic. I am super impressed! The clinic is beautiful and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. Dr Natalie is extremely knowledgeable and professional, whilst combining this with a friendly relatable approach. I am so happy with the treatments I have had and looking forward to my next visit. The price point is also extremely reasonable for a doctor led clinic with such high standards. Highly recommend xx

Roisin was wonderful - I was a little nervous about my treatment as it’s my first time having any kind of laser and she put me at ease immediately, talking me through everything both beforehand and during. She was also incredibly easy to talk to more generally, which definitely helps as a distraction in those more “pinchy” moments. I’m so excited to see my results and for my next few treatments. I was also able to have some time for an aesthetics consult with Dr Lauren which was tremendously helpful in guiding what I’m thinking about for those treatments in the near future. Would not hesitate to recommend (oh and I drove 3hrs there and back - worth it!!)

Dr Natalie, was absolutely brilliant. Super professional and with a very keen eye she was able to bring out my features and balance my facial features really really well. Excellent skills and lovely bedside manner. Look forward to my next appointment. Thank you

Thank you Dr Lauren for being able to put myself at ease and explain the situation with my eyes and what treatment is available for me going forward. You are a lovely young lady and answered my questions and calmed my anxiety. I will be back for the facial and when it is all ok for the treatment you suggested.

Dr Lauren was very profession, she listened to my concerns thoroughly. We picked a treatment that we feel would benefit the majority of my concerns. When it came to the treatment I was so pleased with how she made me feel at ease, the treatment was almost painfree. I'm over the moon with the whole experience. I've had some medical issues with my face and I am very careful who I trust in regards to my face. I can honestly say I trust Dr Lauren with my face. Thank You so much. I am now considering the next treatment she suggested.
