This was my 2nd appointment with Dr Nat for a lip rejuvenation, the results were amazing, I literally had no top lip when I first came to see her and the transformation is unbelievable. She is truly the best, explains everything and puts you at ease throughout. I highly recommend.

I came into the clinic today for the first time to use one of the gift cards from the advent calendar.<br>From the beginning Charlotte explained the treatment and made me feel more relaxed and at ease as I wasn’t sure what to expect. She was so knowledgeable and professional, giving me skin tips and explaining alittle more about the products I received in the calendar. It was a lovely treatment and definitely worth the 1hr 40 drive. Can’t wait to be back in a couple of weeks for my next one. Dr & Company are a fantastic team of experts.<br>Originally I lived in Liverpool. I personally will not go anywhere else. I travel from Ascot to either of the clinics as I know I’ll get the best advice. If it’s not right for me they will not do it, they are professionals in their field and are passionate about what they do. They listen they advise and the results for me have been incredible. Little tweaks here and there were right for me.<br>I have been seeing Dr Nat for over 10 years. If you’re thinking about going for a treatment, I wouldn’t hesitate, very friendly welcoming environment. If I didn’t feel I was in safe hands I would never have gone back. I’m not easily pleased<br>;-)

I have been attending The Dr and Company Whalley clinic for various “tweakments” over the past three years, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From the moment you walk through the door, the service is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional.<br><br>I’ve had Botox, lip filler, and lip rejuvenation treatments with Dr Natalie, and she is truly the only person I would ever trust with my face. During consultations, her medical background is immediately apparent — she is incredibly knowledgeable, confident, and highly competent. She would never recommend anything unnecessary and always takes a compassionate, honest approach, fully understanding how even the smallest changes can have a huge impact on a person’s confidence and how they feel about themselves. Patient safety is clearly her top priority.<br><br>During treatments, Dr Natalie is exceptionally calming and ensures you are comfortable every step of the way. Her medical expertise really shines through in her outstanding communication skills which instantly puts you at ease.<br><br>I am also currently having laser hair removal with Roisin, who is absolutely wonderful. She makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease during a treatment that can feel quite intimate, and her professionalism and warmth are second to none.<br><br>Highly, highly recommended.

Dr Nat is highly knowledgable and very professional - I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face! I always leave feeling very happy with whatever the treatment is that i have had. All the staff are really friendly and the salon has a wonderful calm feeling to it.

Dr Natalie always takes the time to listen to my goals and won't do any unnecessary treatment.
