I had to have root canal work done and was referred to Justin Dinley. I was nervous and a little scared but have to say, after my first appointment (consultation) all the fear and most of the nerves had completely disappeared. The team were so friendly, welcoming and reassuring. Justin explained everything in so much detail. It was nice to WHY things were being done, not just what was being done. I appreciated this so much. As much as I'd like not to have to go back (in a good way), I wouldn't think twice about going back to The Castle Clinic if needed.

I had a very complicated tooth problem that had been bothering me for a long time, but Dr. Justin Dinley handled it with such care and patience. The root canal treatment was completely painless — I was honestly surprised by how comfortable the whole process was. Dr. Dinley took his time to make sure everything was done thoroughly, and I really appreciate his calm and professional approach. The staff at The Castle Clinic are also amazing — so friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely helpful. They made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The appointment was arranged really quickly, and the whole experience was smooth and well-organized. Highly recommend Dr. Dinley and the team if you need expert dental care! ❤️❤️❤️

Totally agree with all the other great comments, from the first telephone call to make the appointment with Justin for a root canal procedure I cannot praise this practice enough, I found the whole procedure totally pain free and at a few points almost fell asleep I was so relaxed. The girls on reception greet you as if you had been going for years, they were warm, reassuring and friendly. Justin and his nurse were amazing and explained everything in detail so I understood and saved the tooth. What an amazing practice, keep the good work up!!!

I was referred to this practice a couple years ago to see dr Justin dinley for specialist root canal work .. he saved the tooth and continues to review the area …. This time a next door tooth couldn’t be saved but he made time to see me urgently and even undertook the extraction at the end of his schedule.. I felt completely safe in his care ( I am very nervous patient!) no pain at all and efficient treatment with additional aftercare advice etc …. He’s a very very competent experienced and altogether lovely man !! I must also mention the fabulous support / nursing team … all I’ve met are lovely… in particular mention for Nicola who has been so kind and encouraging throughout this rather tricky time … she ( and her colleague Elaine ) are the first point of contact and my word do they have wonderful skills to put one at ease …..❤️ Thankyou all

Attended the clinic recently for root canal surgery. Was extremely nervous, but was greeted right from the start by kind and compassionate staff. From the reception team when booking my appointment, and the welcome on arrival, to the exceptional care received during my treatment from Alison and her colleague Kelley. Alison explained my treatment in enough detail and in a way that helped me to understand the procedure. The treatment itself was completely pain-free thanks to Alison. I have been with the castle clinic now for a number of years, I have always found them very caring and extremely thorough. More recently the treatment included two root canals, I couldn't be happier, it was all pain free, with no after affects. They have my personal recommendation.

Been here about 3-4 times in the last year to get a root canal. They have been 100% transparent with their information on the plan and the procedures, whilst providing free checkups since the procedure as a part of the cost. The dentist himself, Justin, is extremely effective and easy going, with only the intentions of helping his patients. It’s hard to find a good dentist who makes you feel comfortable, but I would easily recommend these guys.

Attended the Castle Clinic through a referral from my own dentist after complications with a root canal. Alison and Kelley were very welcoming and took the necessary steps including additional X-rays and a CBCT scan which was technically amazing to see. Unfortunately prognosis of the tooth was deemed low with little chance of saving it, however had to explore all options before committing to an extraction. Lovely clean practice with some fascinating state of the art equipment.

Very clean and up to date at this clinic. Comfortable waiting rooms, very pleasant receptionists. Elaine and Nicola very welcoming and friendly. I had Justin Dinley for a 2hr very deep root canal surgery. I like his "say it as it is " approach. He explains everything he's doing at each stage, also checking if your doing OK, or if you need a breather. The dental nurses also ask if your OK. Just absolutely pleasure to visit a dentist like this and you don't hear that said very often!. They do follow up curtesy calls and nothing is to much trouble. I would recommend this clinic ,very pleasant experience beginning to end. Thank you very much Jayne Cundy
