Recently visited Lisa after struggling with ongoing skin problems that had really started to knock my confidence. After more than two years of trips to the doctors with no real progress, Lisa assessed my skin within 15 minutes, took photos, and clearly explained what I needed to get it back to full health. Two months later, my skin is completely better and my confidence is back. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. Booking the appointment was easy, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and the setting itself is calm and relaxing. Highly recommend.

After suffering with a lot of pain, I was referred to Justin by my own dentist for root canal treatment (he was very highly recommended). He is very professional and knowledgeable, and also kind and honest. The whole team at Castle Clinic is amazing, the reception team, nursing team, and the Endodontists. I had a few blips along the way, and the care, support, and back-up was first class - they go above and beyond. I felt fully supported and genuinely cared for the whole way through the treatment, and I honestly could not have asked for more. A special mention for Justin, Lisa, Nicky (who kept me sane), and Elaine (who probably got sick of seeing my number pop up). I would 100% recommend The Castle Clinic and all the wonderful people who make it so special.

I had to have root canal work done and was referred to Justin Dinley. I was nervous and a little scared but have to say, after my first appointment (consultation) all the fear and most of the nerves had completely disappeared. The team were so friendly, welcoming and reassuring. Justin explained everything in so much detail. It was nice to WHY things were being done, not just what was being done. I appreciated this so much. As much as I'd like not to have to go back (in a good way), I wouldn't think twice about going back to The Castle Clinic if needed.

Totally agree with all the other great comments, from the first telephone call to make the appointment with Justin for a root canal procedure I cannot praise this practice enough, I found the whole procedure totally pain free and at a few points almost fell asleep I was so relaxed. The girls on reception greet you as if you had been going for years, they were warm, reassuring and friendly. Justin and his nurse were amazing and explained everything in detail so I understood and saved the tooth. What an amazing practice, keep the good work up!!!

Attended the clinic recently for root canal surgery. Was extremely nervous, but was greeted right from the start by kind and compassionate staff. From the reception team when booking my appointment, and the welcome on arrival, to the exceptional care received during my treatment from Alison and her colleague Kelley. Alison explained my treatment in enough detail and in a way that helped me to understand the procedure. The treatment itself was completely pain-free thanks to Alison. They have been 100% transparent with their information on the plan and the procedures, whilst providing free checkups since the procedure as a part of the cost. The dentist himself, Justin, is extremely effective and easy going, with only the intentions of helping his patients. It’s hard to find a good dentist who makes you feel comfortable, but I would easily recommend these guys.
