I had a septoplasty done here by Dr Premjit Randhawa and he did not disappoint! I am beyond happy with my result! He was great in his advice which was best for me and delivered exactly what he explained. All the staff were incredibly kind and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable straight away as I never had anything like this done before so didn’t know what to expect so was great to have the reassurance by the team; Alexa especially who was the main nurse looking after me was so lovely and down to earth! I would highly recommend the real clinic, Thankyou all!🫶

I’ve never received better hospitality at any clinic. I had Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for my deviated septum and the staff at the Real clinic made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire surgery. Alexa is an amazing nurse, she made me feel right at home and made everything seem effortless, as did Dr Annakan and the Anaesthesia Nurse. Adrian was also a great help and so were the rest of the reception staff!

My dad had the eye and Dr Sher Aslam and his team were the best. From the front desk to the exams to the operation room, all treated my dad and I with class. Thank you for an awesome experience.

The Real Clinic is the real deal! From courteous admin arranging the appointments, to the clean and hospitable premises!<br>On arrival a warm welcome from reception to the excellent care from the nurses and with Doctor Rahman skills, finally took care of my dog ears after cancer. Mr Naveen Cavale is truly exceptional. After researching surgeons for 20 years, I genuinely believe he is one of the most skilled plastic surgeons in the UK — if not worldwide. I had lived my whole life hating my very big, bulbous nose. After three rhinoplasties elsewhere, I was still unhappy with the wide, rounded tip. Several Harley Street surgeons told me my nose simply couldn’t be improved. Then a colleague from the NHS recommended Mr Cavale, and everything changed.<br><br>My experience at the Real Clinic was outstanding from start to finish. One thing that immediately stood out was knowing that Mr Cavale never takes on a patient he feels is risky or unsuitable. His honesty, kindness, and competence put me at ease straight away. The fact that he also works within the NHS gave me even more confidence.<br><br>On the day of surgery, everyone at the Real Clinic made me feel calm — from the warm receptionist to the wonderful nurses and my anaesthetist, Mr Alasdair Wills. He was calm, highly skilled, and chose the perfect anaesthetic so I had no post-op nausea. I’m usually very anxious before procedures, but I felt completely safe under his care.<br><br>Now, three months later, I am absolutely in LOVE with my new nose. Mr Cavale truly understood the assignment. I told him my biggest fears were ending up with a “Michael Jackson–style” tip or an overly done, pinched, Barbie-like look. He listened and delivered. He has this unique way of completely transforming a nose while keeping it so natural that even my closest friends couldn’t tell I’d had surgery. The paradox with Mr Cavale is that he underpromises and overdelivers. He is, quite simply, a magician — and someone you can trust with your life.<br><br>I also saw a review from someone (see below) who felt her consultation was rushed. I think it’s important to remember that Mr Cavale is human, and he is an exceptionally busy surgeon who works across the NHS, the private sector, and also dedicates his time to charity work helping children in impoverished countries. His schedule reflects the level of expertise he brings.<br><br>Additionally, he does not rely on computer-generated digital simulations of post-surgery noses — and rightly so. These images rarely correlate with real-life surgical outcomes and can give patients unrealistic expectations. Mr Cavale’s skill is such that he doesn’t need digital modelling; in fact, he often doesn’t even need to physically touch your nose to know whether he can fix it. His vast experience means that a simple visual assessment gives him all the information he needs.<br><br>The same person reviewing below also claims she paid £300 for a consultation with Mr Cavale which seems like a strange claim because his consultations cost £200; which is what I paid to see him.<br><br>For transparency, I am a genuine patient of his — and I am also a physician in the NHS. I could not recommend him more highly.

Could not recommend this clinic high enough. I had two eye operations with Dr Walker. To say it was an easy, comfortable and dare i say enjoyable process from start to finish is an understatement. From the friendly reception staff, the wonderful nurses all the way to the Surgeons/Clinic directorship. They make you feel valued, important and heard.<br><br>The clinic itself is clean and aesthetically very well put together and has easy access from outer London.<br><br>If you are looking into a treatment/operation - don't hesitate to use them!

Had a hyrdafacial here and loved it, Katerina was knowledgable and efficient. The front of house staff were courteous and kind. Will definitely be back!

I came here on 17th June for my surgical procedure and just wanted to express my gratitude for the amazing level of care received. All of the staff involved were professional, as well as kind and jovial, allowing for a stress-free experience. I especially liked Elaine who was so lovely and caring, as well as Alexa (I think she might have been a visiting Nurse). I would not hesitate to recommend the Real Clinic for anyone seeking treatment.
