I came here on 17th June for my surgical procedure and just wanted to express my gratitude for the amazing level of care received. All of the staff involved were professional, as well as kind and jovial, allowing for a stress-free experience. I especially liked Elaine who was so lovely and caring, as well as Alexa (I think she might have been a visiting Nurse). I would not hesitate to recommend the Real Clinic for anyone seeking treatment.

The staff at Real clinic are fantastic. They are friendly professional and my surgeon Dr Shakeel Rahman was amazing. He and his team made me feel so at ease. I would highly recommend Real to everyone.

Following my breast reduction at The REAL Clinic in December, I booked an appointment for a laser removal of a mole on my nose. As it's a very visible area of the face, I was happy that I had full trust in the team at the clinic following my previous procedure. On the day the procedure and the aftercare was explained to me thoroughly and I felt well taken care of by the whole team which made me feel really reassured. The team do those procedures every day but for me it's a huge thing (and my first laser mole removal) so their care and thoughtfulness was really appreciated. The procedure itself was painless and not long at all, everything is healing really nicely at the moment and I am really glad I chose this particular clinic. Would definitely trust them again and highly recommend to others considering having any cosmetic work done.

Absolutely great service. Mr Paul Roblin was amazing he did an amazing job during surgery. I do feel the need to give a special thanks to the nurse Shernet White who was there when I woke up and was absolutely delightful. I was so grateful for her . And thank you to every nurse and all the staff for being so wonderful.

I honestly can't speak highly enough of Naveen Cavale. After having two major surgeries with him, it's safe to say I wouldn't trust anyone else. The reason I went back for a completely different procedure was simple – he made me feel confident, comfortable, and assured in a way no other surgeon has. He’s not only skilled but incredibly authentic, and you can see that in the amazing reviews he gets, not to mention being labelled one of the top surgeons in the UK and regularly featured in Tatler magazine. There's a real reason for this recognition. Before each surgery, I invested a lot of time and money into consultations and research, but Naveen was head and shoulders above the rest. He’s personable and doesn’t just tell you what you should do – he genuinely listens. If he thinks you’re making the wrong decision, he’s honest and will steer you in the right direction. He even turns people away if they’re not suitable for surgery. To me, that’s a mark of integrity. As for the results – absolutely incredible. What’s more, they look natural, which is so important to me. I wanted to look like myself, just a better version, and that's exactly what I got. The clinic staff are also fantastic. Before, during, and after my surgery, they were all so lovely and made me feel at ease. We even had a laugh before I was put to sleep (which is what I like!). They’re super adaptable, so whether you're more nervous or laid-back, they’ll make sure you’re comfortable. I honestly felt I was in safe hands the entire time, with people who genuinely cared about my well-being and wanted the best for me. If you’re considering surgery, I can’t recommend Naveen Cavale enough & have to all my friends who are considering procedures. He’s the real deal.

Such a great place with brilliant staff. Ivan was my nurse and I really couldn’t have asked for someone nicer. Smiley, funny, kind and super lovely. My surgeon Matthew James is amazing. Great bedside manner which is so important. The anesthetist was lovely, just everyone made you feel really comfortable. Quick and efficient process. And I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Also my chicken salad and cup of tea was great!

An amazing establishment with an amazing team for sure, I had my breast augmentation done here a couple of days ago performed my Dr Lara de Luca who is an amazing surgeon. And the team alongside with her could not have been better they’re extremely caring and attentive to you as a patient. This is an amazing clinic wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. I want to say a big thank you to the team that were in my operation and took care of me as a whole. Absolutely superb! this is how things should be done and other companies could take a leaf from how this establishment is run. Amazing staff- so attentive and on the ball. Great facilities. I had a rhinoplasty here at the beginning of January and I cannot (and I do love a bit of constructive feedback) give any criticism. Dr William Townley is a skilled surgeon and the team here - including the Nurses (shout out to Jason & his team - sorry I can not remember all their names but the lady that loves working along side the rhino surgeries and the guy who was super smiley, im sure you know who you are, can't thank you guys enough- Top of their game- Truly!!) Thanks Guys.... I love my new nose :-)))

I couldn’t recommend this clinic highly enough. I had a surgical procedure here less than a week ago and felt in extremely safe hands every step of the way. Jason greeted me at the start and was extremely professional and friendly. Mr Desai was my anaesthetist and was so calm and reassuring. I felt in safe hands and cared for exceptionally well. Elaine was the nurse who took care of me until my discharge and was very reassuring and helpful in answering my questions. I will be recommending to friends and family.
