After searching for a professional aesthetic treatment therapist in Birmingham, I came across Natalie on Facebook and booked a Botox treatment with her. Everything about my experience was exceptional, from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left. The treatment was done very professionally and thoughtfully. I was a little apprehensive because this was my first Botox treatment but Natalie was very patient, listened to my concerns and made me feel very relaxed. The treatment was painless and I was very happy with the result! I will definitely be booking more treatments in the future.

I had such a great experience with Natalie! You can tell that she is well educated in her field, and knows what she's doing. She made my appointments very comfortable. She is so sweet and listens to what you want but will also be honest and give her opinion, which i really appreciate. She explains everything beforehand so you understand the process and know exactly what you're getting (ie. How long it will last, and how many sessions you will need, etc).
