I recently attended the clinic for a top up session having finished my course of treatment a while back. This was my second top up but first on the new machine... what a difference and amazing investment by the business. I have had so many more hairs come out, especially on my Brazilian area and Katie was so thorough! It was also my first time with her having always had Hannah or Lauren but I felt so comfortable. The best clinic all round 🤍

Very professional service. I had my patch test done. Iv now had my 5th session, really starting to see great results. I was made to feel comfortable whilst having treatment. I was given lots of information before treatment and aftercare advice. The treatment was a quick process and only a few moments of uncomfortableness but generally pain free. Iv added other areas to my list already. Recently Southsea laser clinic added a newer laser machine for better results, again I had patch test, before treatment session. 5 ⭐

Amazing session with Hannah today. Very relaxed, got patch test done with the new machine and had a nice chat during the treatment. So quick and easy every time I come in. Thank you to all at the salon, never had a bad experience and feeling the benefits. See you all in the new year

Lauren has been kind, friendly and understanding during each and every appointment - making sure I'm comfortable at all times and confirming I'm okay. I feel fully comfortable during each session and the treatment has had visible effects already. I'm very happy and have nothing to raise! I'm sure the other ladies here are just as lovely :)
