I have been coming for laser hair removal! Love my results and love both the sisters that run Sorella. They are really friendly and keep me educated in all the latest atheistic treatments and their benefits.

I recently had my first laser hair removal treatment with Jemma and I’m so happy with how welcoming and professional she was. Jemma was informative and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was a bit nervous as I’ve never had laser before and had no idea what to expect but once Jemma explained the treatment and answered all of my questions I felt I was in very good hands. Nurse Georgi is amazing and I can’t thank her enough for my tweakments. The consultation is extremely thorough, Georgi listened to what issues I had and then suggested subtle things we could do to give a more youthful yet natural appearance. This is what I admired the most about the process as she completely tailored the treatments to me and my face which ensured I would have the best natural outcome. The aftercare was equally fantastic with any questions answered quickly and a review 2 weeks later which was just as thorough as the initial consultation.
