I had the most incredible and relaxing experience with Charlotte at Sorella. It was my first Japanese Head Spa, and it was absolutely phenomenal. Charlotte’s skill and care made the entire treatment deeply soothing, and my hair felt amazing afterward. I also enjoyed a mini facial and a hand and arm massage, which were just as wonderful. I’ll definitely be returning—highly recommended!
