I have been going here for laser treatments and my experience has been excellent. The receptionist is always very friendly, says hello, and helps book appointments around my schedule which I really appreciate.<br><br>The therapist who does my laser, Shelly, is amazing. She always asks how I am and has a nice conversation with me during the appointment which makes the experience comfortable and relaxed.<br><br>I have achondroplasia and my body is shorter for my age due to my disability, but at no point has anyone here made me feel uncomfortable or treated me differently. They have always treated me with respect and kindness just like every other customer.<br><br>A special thank you to Shelly for being so professional and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place.<br><br>10/10 service.

Excellent treatment, Amanda explained the procedure so I felt comfortable and relaxed. She was very thorough, we also discussed further treatments that would benefit my skin which I booked, I found this very helpful. Amanda also discussed my skin care routine, gave me a couple of samples so we can review at my next appointment. Thank you!

Thank you. Friendly, communicative and understanding and really put me at ease. Process was relatively pain free and over in hardly any time at all. After care was also great. Parking was easy. Missed the sign pointing me round the corner so ended up in the Healthcare Centre first. Pleasant atmosphere inside. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
