I decided when I started my Botox journey I wanted to go somewhere I knew I was going to in safe hands.<br><br>After a lot of research I came across the Skin Science clinic and I have only ever visited somewhere else once, with regret, before coming straight back again.<br><br>The clinic itself is a calm, cool, beautifully appointed setting, but the real distinction here are the people. Rachel is a wonderfully kind, friendly and efficient clinic manager who I delight in seeing every time and Dr Sarwar is so professional and thorough; yet at the same time remembers small personal details, which makes you feel like an actual valid customer. No upselling, just what you asked for, but probably better.<br><br>I’ve recommended this place to all my friends and I won’t make the mistake of going somewhere else again!

Rachel is a wonderfully kind, friendly and efficient clinic manager who I delight in seeing every time and Dr Sarwar is so professional and thorough; yet at the same time remembers small personal details, which makes you feel like an actual valid customer. No upselling, just what you asked for, but probably better.<br><br>I’ve recommended this place to all my friends and I won’t make the mistake of going somewhere else again!
I recently had a facial treatment at The Skin Science Clinic, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. Although the procedure was expected to involve some discomfort, it was surprisingly comfortable for me. The beautifully decorated and tranquil environment immediately put me at ease, and the atmosphere felt both luxurious and calming.<br>The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, offering thoughtful advice and making me feel confident that I was in expert hands. A special thank you to Rachel and Freya for their professionalism, care, and reassurance throughout the process—they truly made the experience outstanding.<br>While it’s still too early to comment on the final results, the quality of service I received made it entirely worthwhile. I’m looking forward to seeing the outcome and will be sure to share an update in a few weeks.<br>I am already checking dates for my next treatment.

I couldn’t recommend Skin Science Clinic and Dr. Sarwar more highly. He is incredibly professional, reassuring, and always puts me completely at ease. I prefer my Botox to look very natural and subtle, and he always gets it exactly right. I also really appreciate the follow-up review two weeks later — it means any tiny tweaks can be made without ever feeling overdone or being given too much Botox at the first appointment.<br><br>Dr. Sarwar is genuinely honest and never tries to upsell or push treatments, which makes the whole experience feel trustworthy and personalised. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’ve had a fantastic experience at this clinic! Dr. Sarwar has been incredibly responsive to all of my concerns and helped me achieve the results I was hoping for. What really stood out to me is his honesty - he recommended only minimal treatment, even when it wasn’t to his financial benefit. That level of transparency and integrity is rare and so appreciated. He also took the time to correct small issues with care and professionalism. You can tell he’s very experienced and truly trustworthy. Rachel is equally wonderful - attentive, warm, and always great with communication. I’ve felt completely supported throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

He always takes the time to understand my needs and ensures the correct dosage for me. I also appreciate the follow-up review appointments, which shows how thorough and patient-focused he is.<br>The treatment has made a big difference, helping relieve jaw tension and teeth grinding – and slimming down my face. I usually find the results last a solid 5–6 months, which is fantastic.<br>Booking is always easy, and it’s great that they’re open on Saturdays. A special shoutout to Rachel at reception – she’s always so warm and approachable. Dr Sarwar is professional, clearly explains the procedure and the clinic itself is lovely inside, well thought, clean, welcoming and a lovely place to be!<br><br>I was treated for my Bruxism and Dr Sarwar was willing to listen to my concerns, explain everything in detail and the procedure itself was made easy with his guidance.<br><br>The after care of a drink and the touch up area was calming and a lovely way to relax post treatment (coffee was great too!)<br><br>Thank you Dr Sarwar and Rachel, I look forward to my next appointment!
