I’ve been visiting Skin Lounge Aesthetics for several months now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel completely at ease. Charlene has totally transformed my skin health - knowledgeable and incredibly skilled - she takes the time to understand your skin concerns and always delivers fantastic results. The most amazing salon in a big miles radius! Top of the game technology, advanced treatments, a fantastic and knowledgeable team and a great atmosphere and beautifully decorated space. I’ve been a client for over 10 years and I’ve always come back even if I moved away from Richmond. If you’re after results in skincare without needles or injectables, this is the right place for you!

Excellent spray tan here for my wedding. Colour was lovely and golden, not orange at all. Everything was well explained, with good attention to detail. Will be back in future!

I had a skin consultation and hydra refresh deluxe treatment with Eve today - just WOW. Eve was brilliant, I felt immediately at ease and she gave me lots of helpful advice on how to improve my skincare routine. The treatment was wonderful - super warm, cosy environment and Eve explained what was happening at each stage and it's benefits. She was very attentive to making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. The incredible hand and scalp massages are worth the price alone!! Really looking forward to the results and will be back very soon for my next treatment.

I had a skin tag removed today and wanted to post about how good the experience was. The staff are very friendly. The lady who treated me was very chatty but always focussed on the task at hand. They could not have been more helpful. Price was very reasonable and booking an appointment was fast and efficient. Thank you SKIN lounge.

My daughter has been visiting Skin Lounge for facials regularly, and Rachel has been amazing from the start. She’s incredibly attentive to my daughter’s skin concerns and always knows exactly what treatment is needed. Not only does Rachel provide the best care, but she also offers great advice on improving her skincare routine. My daughter always leaves with her skin feeling calm, smooth, and refreshed. After completing a course of the Clear Laser treatments, my daughter’s acne has completely cleared up, and she hasn’t had a bad breakout in over 2 years. The clinic is always spotless, which adds to the overall experience. I’m so glad we found Skin Lounge, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. It’s been a truly wonderful experience—10/10!
