Skin Lounge is the only place I trust with my face; mainly because I have total faith in the company's owner, Rachel, whose primary interest lies in achieving outstanding results for her clients. She's not in the business of trying to sell me what I don't need, and what's not right for my skin. How refreshing eh? True<br>story - the first time I met Rachel she sent me away to have a think about the course of treatment she advised. It was a big step for me - I'd never had a face treatment before -and she wanted me to understand her recommendations, feel comfortable and be sure I wanted to go ahead. Since going ahead, I've never looked back - or felt as confident in my skin. It helps that Rachel and her team really know their stuff! And they're ahead of the game in terms of the latest tried and tested cutting-edge technologies for skin aesthetics. Trust me, Rachel really gets off on the science behind the tech - intelligent and savvy, she cuts through the industry noise and seeks out advanced technologies which really work...and then offers her clients bespoke treatments using them for the best results.<br>I could go on, but the point of this message is really to say "Rachel's treatments honestly work", and to say "thank you, Rachel, for the difference you've made to my skin and my confidence for all these years. Charlene and her team have been so helpful in identifying the issues with my skin and the effective solutions for helping it improve. The treatments are always relaxing and I have noticed a huge improvement in my skin - my appointments are a bit of self-care that I truly look forward to in my calendar.

Phenomenal experience! Rachel was absolutely lovely, helpful, and explained everything i needed to know before, during and after my electrolysis treatment for blemishes removal. I will definitely come back again if i ever need to, and i highly recommend this place!
