Katie and Rachel made me feel very welcome as soon as I walked through the door! Rachel's knowledge of the Sylfirm machine she used on me was second to none and her knowledge of other similar machines and techniques on the market made me sure that I had made the right choice for my skin concerns. A lot of aesthetic practitioners will sell you anything and everything but I had absolute faith in Rachel because she could explain the science behind everything that I needed and explained what I didn't need. I would recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

The most amazing salon in a big miles radius! Top of the game technology, advanced treatments, a fantastic and knowledgeable team and a great atmosphere and beautifully decorated space. I’ve been a client for over 10 years and I’ve always come back even if I moved away from Richmond. If you’re after results in skincare without needles or injectables, this is the right place for you!

Excellent spray tan here for my wedding. Colour was lovely and golden, not orange at all. Everything was well explained, with good attention to detail. Will be back in future!

I had a skin consultation and hydra refresh deluxe treatment with Eve today - just WOW. Eve was brilliant, I felt immediately at ease and she gave me lots of helpful advice on how to improve my skincare routine. The treatment was wonderful - super warm, cosy environment and Eve explained what was happening at each stage and it's benefits. She was very attentive to making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. The incredible hand and scalp massages are worth the price alone!! Really looking forward to the results and will be back very soon for my next treatment.
