Love this place!, from the moment you walk in you are welcomed and made to feel at ease. I've been seeing a lady called Marta for Lazer hair removal and she is the most friendliest, kindest person to meet, she put me at ease from the 1st time I met her, she talked me through the procedure and explained what would be the best treatment for me. During the treatment she is polite, friendly and chatty which I needed. Highly recommend this place

I recently visited Skin by Hartley Aesthetics for my first chemical peel, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, including what to expect during the peel and the all important aftercare, which really reassured me. It’s now been around 14 days since my treatment, and the transformation in my skin is remarkable. My complexion looks so much brighter and clearer, with a noticeable improvement in texture. I had excellent experience at clinic for my tattoo removal and skin tag. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the entire process and making me feel at ease. The treatment was quick and relatively painless, and I appreciated their focus on safety and comfort. After a two session of tattoo removal I can have a cover up done. If you considering tattoo removal, I highly recommend checking out this clinic!

I recently attended for my free consultation with Emma & all I can say is good things about Emma & her team & the clinic itself everyone was so down to earth. When I walked in I was greeted by Clare who was so friendly and welcoming which made me feel at ease. I was asked if I wanted a cup of tea whilst I waited on the sofa for Emma & I can only compare the salon to sitting in your best friends front room. The salon itself is a calming environment with all the lovely NEOM scents, lifting and decor that’s been finished to a high standard. Emma who I had my free consultation with was again very friendly and welcoming who also asked if I wanted a drink & talked me through the treatments that I am interested in giving me everything in detail and was honest to the pros and cons of certain treatments, which I admired. I am already looking forward to my treatments ❤️

Emma and her team are amazing they are so welcoming. Claire made me feel so much at ease nothing is too much trouble. I have always felt overwhelmed going for any beauty treatments and found the staff to be quite intimidating. So thank goodness I found Emma and her team I look forward to seeing them. Emma is so professional and her advise and care is second to none she is a credit to her profession. I can't recommend her enough.
