I had my first ever appointment with Emma today - lip filler. I was very stressed, to put it mildly 🫠 Both ladies, Emma and Marta, made me feel safe and at ease. Emma is very professional, friendly and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and okay. I highly recommend her and I can't think of a better place to visit if you wanna feel special. I love my new / enhanced lips, Thank You, A*****

Love this place!, from the moment you walk in you are welcomed and made to feel at ease. I've been seeing a lady called Marta for Lazer hair removal and she is the most friendliest, kindest person to meet, she put me at ease from the 1st time I met her, she talked me through the procedure and explained what would be the best treatment for me. During the treatment she is polite, friendly and chatty which I needed. Highly recommend this place

I recently visited Skin by Hartley Aesthetics for my first chemical peel, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, including what to expect during the peel and the all important aftercare, which really reassured me. It’s now been around 14 days since my treatment, and the transformation in my skin is remarkable. My complexion looks so much brighter and clearer, with a noticeable improvement in texture. I’ve struggled with dullness and uneven tone for a while, but this peel has genuinely given my skin a fresh, renewed glow. What stood out to me the most was the level of care and attention I received. I never felt rushed or pressured into additional treatments, just genuinely supported throughout the process. The team’s professionalism and kindness made the whole experience even better. I’m already looking forward to my next visit for microneedling, and I can’t recommend Skin by Hartley Aesthetics enough to anyone considering a peel or other skin treatments. I had excellent experience at clinic for my tattoo removal and skin tag. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the entire process and making me feel at ease. The treatment was quick and relatively painless, and I appreciated their focus on safety and comfort. After a two session of tattoo removal I can have a cover up done. If you considering tattoo removal, I highly recommend checking out this clinic!

Solid 5 stats. Had 7-8 skin tags removed from around my eyes and eyelids, one was quite big on my eyelid. I chose this place after researching where to go online as needing it doing around my eyes I only wanted a proper qualified place/person to do it, which is where this place came in. The person that does it is called Emma and is a Nurse with all the qualifications. She was excellent from start to finish, thoroughly went through every little detail of how they will be removed and how it will be done, I had to have numbing injections around my eyes and in my eyelids but everytime it was done she would say when the prick was going to be followed by the slight sting of the numbing stuff going in, she did it really well couldn't barely feel a thing. Then they are burnt off with a thing called Plexr which is quite cool how it does it. The place inside is ultra modern and immaculate. 6 days on since it was done and the scabs have come off and you can't tell they were ever there/had anything done.. Couldn't believe how smooth the process went. Well worth the money, would 100% recommend and would 100% use again if I ever need the process again. She did an amazing job, couldn't fault any part of it!

I recently attended for my free consultation with Emma & all I can say is good things about Emma & her team & the clinic itself everyone was so down to earth. When I walked in I was greeted by Clare who was so friendly and welcoming which made me feel at ease. I was asked if I wanted a cup of tea whilst I waited on the sofa for Emma & I can only compare the salon to sitting in your best friends front room. The salon itself is a calming environment with all the lovely NEOM scents, lifting and decor that’s been finished to a high standard. Emma who I had my free consultation with was again very friendly and welcoming who also asked if I wanted a drink & talked me through the treatments that I am interested in giving me everything in detail and was honest to the pros and cons of certain treatments, which I admired. I am already looking forward to my treatments ❤️

Amazing team, great place and no where else I would now go for my treatments. Emma is a+ in her field, incredibly knowledgable and professional. Claire has done lots of my facials and is simply the best, always look forward to my treatments & my skin has never looked as healthy.
