It was my first visit and I felt very welcomed and understood. Charlie has taken time to listen about my skin concerns and gave me a detailed plan of action. I could feel that she was very knowledgeable about the treatments she is offering but also about the skin in general.

After my initial consultation I felt confident to go ahead with the PB Serum treatment the very same day. It addressed the fibrosis I was concerned about, the results were better than I expected.
