Honest review: From the booking process to our first appointment, the staff at Reset Clinic were incredibly lovely and professional. Mei is truly an expert, and you can tell that she puts her heart and soul into the business.<br><br>I had the Reset Clinic full body massage, and it was amazing. I can’t believe I didn’t do this sooner! The physiotherapist was excellent friendly, knowledgeable, and highly skilled at what she does. She greeted us with a smile, and after I informed them beforehand about my scoliosis, eczema, and varicose veins, they made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session.<br><br>The massage room was spotless and properly sanitised, and the scent in the room was pleasant and not overpowering. Most importantly, the physiotherapist made me feel completely at ease and never made me feel embarrassed, even while I was partially undressed.<br><br>We were even given bottled water and offered drinks, which was a lovely touch. The toilet facilities were also very clean. My only tiny suggestion and this is definitely not a negative is that the reception area could use a few more songs on the playlist! 😜<br><br>Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Reset Clinic to anyone looking for professional, personalised, and genuinely caring treatment.<br><br>Thank you to Mei and the entire team for making us feel so welcome and comfortable. I chose the full body Massage 60 mins and it was really good. What I love most is that it’s a physiotherapist who massages you, so you can really feel the difference. I also like that before the massage, they really ask about your medical history and areas of concern, so the treatment feels personalised and safe.<br><br>They also gave me a free sample session for their Detox treatment, which I really enjoyed.<br><br>Gulchay (physiotherapist) is phenomenal!
