I always have a great experience at Refresh Medi Spa. The team is incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. I’ve seen Penelope, Nageela, and Harriet and they’ve all been wonderful. You always feel well looked after.

I had my first hydrafacial appointment with Harriet today - she was so informative, took me through everything and the results are amazing ! I will be returning back to see her in a few weeks, I would recommend her highly!

I’ve had Morpheus8 treatment and I am really happy with the results so far. The treatment itself was completely pain free, which was a relief, and the whole experience felt very comfortable and professional. I’ve already started to notice a real improvement, especially in the appearance and texture of my scars. My skin looks smoother and healthier, and it’s only early days, so I’m really excited to see how the results continue to develop. I came to Refresh Medispa for 6 sessions of manual lymphatic massage (MLD) with Penelope post breast reduction surgery. She is so brilliant and knowledgeable at treating the body post surgery. Having MLD has been extremely beneficial to my recovery and coupled with Penelope’s expertise, has massively contributed to my overall post surgery healing/how well I have healed. I highly recommend being treated by Penelope should you need MLD and Refresh Medispa in general. Thank you to the whole team for being so kind and helpful and helping me through my recovery!

Came to refresh medispa today for a hydra facial. Was my first time getting a hydra facial! Incredible service, the lady’s were so lovely! Nageela did my facial she really looked after me! She explained everything she was doing, and putting on my face and what impact it will make. She also shared what skin care would suit me best. My face has never felt more cleaner and smooth! Definitely will be coming back!

This clinic helped be with my DPN removal- nurse Maya is amazing and having DPN since a teenager made me very conscious. I never knew a clinic so close to home had the top facility and plan to tackle my concern. Nurse maya prepped my skin for a few weeks prior my treatment and guided me every step of the way. I was very emotional when these DPNs were going as I have literally grown up with them. I feel much more confident in my skin …… THANK YOU ☺️
