This clinic helped be with my DPN removal- nurse Maya is amazing and having DPN since a teenager made me very conscious. I never knew a clinic so close to home had the top facility and plan to tackle my concern. Nurse maya prepped my skin for a few weeks prior my treatment and guided me every step of the way. I was very emotional when these DPNs were going as I have literally grown up with them. I feel much more confident in my skin …… THANK YOU ☺️

I recently attended a women's health and wellbeing event, and I can genuinely say it was one of the most empowering and uplifting experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and inclusive — filled with women from all walks of life coming together to prioritize their health, wellness, and self-care. What stood out the most was the sense of community. The event created a safe space where women could openly share experiences, ask questions, and support one another. I walked away not only with valuable knowledge and new tools to care for my wellbeing, but also with a renewed sense of connection and confidence. Overall, it was a beautifully organized event that struck the perfect balance between education, inspiration, and self-care. I would absolutely attend again and highly recommend it to any woman looking to invest in her health and wellbeing.

I recently had Morpheus8 treatments for my face and underarms. Both treatments were brilliant - I have been so pleased with the results, particularly on my underarms. It has reduced sweating to nearly 0 and, although it may be uncomfortable, the team at Refresh do everything possible to minimise this and made me as comfortable and relaxed as possible. I will definitely be back (and already have appointments booked!) and now wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a hydrafacial today with Nageela. She was brilliant! She also took the time to explain everything and constantly check in with me. I'm excited to attend the clinic for my next appointment.

I have had a hydra facial, laser hair removal course and Em Scuplt with Harriet. She makes you feel so comfortable and is so friendly and caring. I am so pleased with all my results on all treatments and have recommended to all my friends to come to Refresh.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Refresh Medispa in Amersham. From the minute you walk in, you feel a sense of calm. I've had interactions with Debbie, Maya and Harriet, and all are super-professional, with a wealth of knowledge about the treatments on offer, making you feel relaxed and confident in their ability to deliver. I was having EmSculpt, mainly as a therapy to help manage pain for a hip labral tear. I'd been having physio for 6 months or so for conservative management of pain, to try to avoid surgery, but progress was slow. By March 2025 I was ready to book myself in for a hip labral tear repair. Doing some last-minute research, I'd read that in the US EmSculpt has been used for rehabilitation, so thought I'd see if I could find treatment options here - which is when I discovered Refresh Medispa. Week on week of having treatments, my pain has reduced considerably – to the point where I'm no longer considering surgical options. In fact, I wake on some days in no pain at all; on others, it's far more manageable, even without taking any pain relief. It's worked wonders, with some sculpting benefits alongside. I couldn't be more happy. Will definitely be returning to book in for more treatments.
