I had ear pinning/otoplasty with Dr Prashant who was amazing and I could not recommend enough! From the consultation experience he explained everything clearly, eased any fears I had and made sure I had a realistic expectation for my results.<br>The surgery day was a nervous day for me but the whole team eased any fears I had, pain was managed well and the whole experience was as easy as could be.<br>Post surgery the doctor made sure he was available at all hours making sure I was okay and if I had any concerns I knew I could make contact at any time which really helped. Post surgery check ups were regular and I felt supported at all points.<br>My results have changed my life! It was a surgery I had wanted for a long time. I wanted to do my research and make sure I went with a surgeon who I trusted and that was Dr Prashant. I can now leave the house without anxiety about my ears, I can be spontaneous, engage with people and just live life. I even managed to get a new job thanks to the new confidence and that’s all thanks to Dr Prashant and his amazing team!

My personal experience of the cosmetic and medical treatment received at Reform Medical was exceptional. Having had procedures both privately and with NHS, namely Spiers & The Vale I was a little anxious about visiting a clinic on the High Street.. but immediately, I was put at ease with the professionalism of all staff that I had interaction with from point of making an initial appointment to nursing staff at the clinic.. before attending in person I was sent across medical questionnaires that were easy to complete and left me feeling reassured that the Clinic was gathering key information in order to best set out a plan of treatment..<br>After my initial consultation with Mr Prashant any feelings of anxiety were alleviated by the knowledge and explanations of intended treatment and expected outcomes.<br>On the day of Surgery, I was escorted to the treatment room by the attending nurse and Informed of timeline of procedure. Mr Prashant was supported by another doctor and this only provided further reassurance of treatment.. wishing to understand the procedure, Mr Prashant provided step-by-step verbal commentary during the procedure.<br>Once the surgery was complete, after-care instructions were carefully and sensitively shared and also expected timeline of healing. It was repeatedly pointed out to me that it any point of any concern whilst Waiting for the healing process to complete, any questions or concern That I should not hesitate in contacting the Clinic. The availability of being able to send across a pic using WhatsApp was also valued. This meant that any anxiety or concern could be answered quickly and potentially save time and a visit to the Clinic.<br>Before leaving the clinic on day of treatment, a follow-up appointment was made In order to change any bandages and also check on healing..<br>In summary, the whole process for me was seamless with no need to queue up to see a surgeon and The attentiveness and professionalism of all staff in all aspects of the Clinic Allowed me to feel assured Of a positive cosmetic treatment.<br><br>Thank You to Mr Prashant and all staff.

Dr Prashant and team have made my cosmetic surgery experience an excellent one. They are so kind, organised and provide as much realistic information as possible to allow you to make the best possible decision. They are so professional and explain everything perfectly. After care was excellent - incredibly responsive with brilliant advice. I had suffered for years with lipedema without a diagnosis so having a specialist identify it and be able to fix it has been incredible.

Dr Prashant was superb from the very beginning. Excellent initial communication gave me the confidence to select him out of several other surgeries I had been researching for the procedure I wanted. Everything was clearly explained and ran very smoothly. During the procedure Dr Prashant did everything to make me comfortable and give me confidence in his expertise.
