I really appreciate what a great job Holly does with my botox. So good with her technique! I have been seeing her for a while now, in the past when she was with a different organisation I would always book with her - then she left....and I was gutted I had to move on to a different place!...I was SOOO happy to discover that Holly had joined Radiance too! And that she will be staying for the foreseeable future!

Totally professional, the most technically advanced equipment and highly trained staff, in a modern, spotless and elegant environment. ( with parking!) Furthermore, Dr Roz and her team give sound, trustworthy advice based on the need of the client rather than their profits, which is refreshing. Highly recommended.

I had my CoolSculpting treatment with Paulina and Kelly and honestly, they were amazing.<br><br>I had wanted to have this treatment for such a long time, so I was really excited but also quite nervous because I had no idea what it was going to be like. Once they started I realised it was actually a very clinical treatment but the treatment itself was much more bearable than I expected.<br><br>Paulina and Kelly were so professional but also really warm and friendly, which made such a difference. I felt completely looked after and supported throughout. They stayed with me, chatted to me and kept me entertained so I wasn’t sitting there thinking about any discomfort.<br><br>I’m really happy with my experience and so pleased with the treatment. I honestly felt I was in very safe and professional hands.<br><br>Thank you both for making what I thought was going to be a very nerve-wracking experience so much easier. Such a lovely team of staff and always very welcoming, Kate especially. I have had a couple of Treatments here and I always feel I am in safe hands with Dr. Ros and Dr. Maddie, who are both extremely knowledgeable with all treatments and very reassuring. Dr Roz had awesome skin care advice and recommendations and put me at ease straight away. Been going there for two months now and my skin hasn’t looked as good in years. Kelly is also fantastic, my hydra-facial was amazing and i was literally glowing afterwards. Everyone at the clinic is so friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to my visits! Rae x

Dr Ros at Radiance is exceptional. Her background as a GP really shows in the way she approaches aesthetics.<br><br>She’s incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel reassured throughout the entire appointment.<br><br>She took time to understand exactly what I wanted and made me feel comfortable from start to finish.

Kellie was very professional and warm throughout the treatment. The Indiba session was lovely, and the facial massage at the end was absolutely wonderful. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and very well looked after. Highly recommended

Just had my treatment so it’s a bit early to comment on the final results, but I had such a lovely experience. I was made to feel really comfortable and everything was explained clearly.
