The lady in reception was very friendly and helpful, the clinic is very clean and modern.<br>Liz who did my treatment explained everything before she started, she was brilliant.<br>This clinic is a little gem, a friend recommended it!<br>Easy to find and parking nearby.

It was my first visit to the clinic and everyone made me feel very comfortable. The clinic is very professional and the staff are lovely. I attended for a blood test but ended up purchasing a whole new skincare range! The products are amazing! I would definitely recommend anyone to this clinic.

I have now completed my course of three neogen treatments. Yes , its painful , but hopefully i will eventually see great results. I want to thank the wonderful Jeleena , i love her chilled out manner, and expertise.

I booked a deep tissue massage with the wonderful Jelena yesterday, and wow it was amazing! Jelena made me feel very welcome and comfortable with relaxing music and plenty of warm towels and blankets and then got to work loosening my very tired muscles.<br><br>Together with massage and hot stone therapy, her technique relieved the knots and tension and left me feeling relaxed and de stressed.<br><br>Thank you Jelena, I will be returning very soon!

I visited Caroline at R&R Aesthetics in December for the first time as I was interested in a subtle lip enhancement to replace lost volume and hydration. I was slightly nervous but as soon as I arrived at the salon, I was welcomed by their lovely receptionist and felt more at ease. Throughout my initial consultation with Caroline, her professionalism, enthusiasm and clear knowledge of products and anatomy quashed any remaining doubts and I decided to take the plunge and go ahead with my lip enhancement. I am so glad I did!! I love them, subtle but a definite improvement with a more defined border and look plump and hydrated.
