I came to R&R Aesthetics for needling treatment on my foot.<br>They made sure that I knew the available treatment options, how the procedure would go, how they can make it as comfortable as possible and what may happen next if the treatment worked or did not.<br>I felt happy with their care and pleased with the outcome of my treatment!

I visited Caroline at R&R Aesthetics in December for the first time as I was interested in a subtle lip enhancement to replace lost volume and hydration. I was slightly nervous but as soon as I arrived at the salon, I was welcomed by their lovely receptionist and felt more at ease. Throughout my initial consultation with Caroline, her professionalism, enthusiasm and clear knowledge of products and anatomy quashed any remaining doubts and I decided to take the plunge and go ahead with my lip enhancement. I am so glad I did!! I love them, subtle but a definite improvement with a more defined border and look plump and hydrated. I'd searched a few local places ahead of my appointment and was impressed with Caroline, so happy that I chose R&R Aesthetics, I'd thoroughly recommend them!

Came for a lip consultation and my first lot of fillers with Caroline and the whole process was amazing. Lady on reception (so sorry cannot remember her name) was absolutely lovely and so accommodating. Caroline really put my mind at ease, told me everything I needed to know and made me feel so comfortable throughout it all. I was terrified to get filler but it really wasn’t bad at all thanks to Caroline. Definitely will be coming back

I've recently had a back, neck and head massage with Jelena. It was heaven! Jelena is lovely and welcoming and the room and bed are warm and comfortable. I really felt the difference afterwards so will definitely be going again.

Caroline immediately put me at ease with her calm and confident demeanour. She told me what was going to happen, what to expect and was more than happy to answer and questions I had.<br>The procedure was relatively quick and straightforward. The needles did sting a bit initially but Caroline had told me they also contained lidocaine so would also numb the area, which they did.<br>The effects were immediate and I was warned there may be bruising as well as swelling.<br>I am very happy with the results and hope they last a fair few months.

I had a lymphatic drainage massage last night with wood therapy by the amazing Jelena. Wow wow wow it was the best massage I’ve ever had, she was knowledgeable and spoke me through the process and kept checking I was comfortable. I’m definitely feeling all the benefits today and can’t wait for my next one!

I had a consultation with Caroline who was so knowledgeable and understanding of what I was looking for. I then booked in for filler and botox. Caroline was absolutely amazing throughout; talking me through the procedures and checking in with me throughout. As for the results, wow! I'm already super impressed 4 days later and can't wait to see the full results! I am already booking in for more treatments with Caroline!<br><br>The receptionist is SO nice and helpful too; really makes you feel at home and welcome. I’ve attended R&R Aesthetics twice now for treatment, and from the moment you step into the clinic, you’re greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The service is exceptional, and my consultation with Caroline was thorough, she took the time to truly understand what I wanted to achieve. Caroline also introduced me to the importance of dermatological skincare and spent time educating me on its benefits. The clinic maintains very high standards, and I’ve since recommended Caroline to both friends and family. Highly recommend!
