Everything was organised to a high standard. Upon arrival at the clinic, we were offered drinks. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The procedure was calm and comfortable. I was very satisfied and will definitely come back again.

I had an appointment with Ashleigh today for a tattoo removal patch test. I was quite nervous before this appointment, but Ashleigh was so lovely and has a calming nature, I felt at ease straight away.<br>The process was explained thoroughly and professionally, and she checked with me several times to make sure I was doing okay.<br>I look forward to future sessions.

I visited ProSkin Clinic & Health UK Ltd again yesterday 05/02/2026, this time for a patch test prior to laser treatment for tattoo removal.<br>Ashleigh explained everything she was going to do before starting the test, was attentive and careful while treating me, and then emailed me comprehensive aftercare instructions before I left the clinic. She is professional, knowledgeable and friendly with a good sense of humour which really puts clients at ease. Victoria provided my treatment in a calm, friendly and professional manner. Very clear communication before , during and after. . Ensured I was ok throughout. Relaxed manner, great service.

I had an eye tag on my eyelid, I contacted this clinic about removal. From 1st customer contact to procedure to aftercare they were wonderful and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Ultra clean and clinic like premises, lovely friendly staff and highly professional outlook. From initial contact to procedure ( which was quick and painless ) was 30 minutes and a happy customer. Prices seemed very reasonable too.

I had a lovely session today with Victoria. She explained the procedure clearly, applied the numbing gel, and carried out the microneedling. She was warm and friendly, chatting throughout and making me feel completely at ease. The procedure was nearly painless—I didn’t even realise it.

Ive had two appointments with Victoria to remove Seborrheic Keratosis which was extremely itchy. Victoria was welcoming and friendly, explaining the process she was going to use and that some areas maybe more sensitive than others. She was very reassuring and constantly checked with my levels of comfort asking if I needed a break or encouraging me to let her know if I needed a break. Victoria was really easy to chat to throughout the treatments which made the experiences nice and relaxed.<br>The results have been amazing and everything is healing well. Really pleased.

Fantastic experience from start to finish warm welcome the place is spotless and has a chilled atmosphere. Had laser treatment removal with Kathryn she explained everything in full was a painless and professional service. I would definitely recommend.
