Finally I walked into Proskin clinic & was greeted by Victoria.Felling anxious ref removal of large skin tag from right eyelid. Victoria spoke with me in private around the treatment to remove the tag. Victoria person skills were outstanding , she explained everything and showed me the tools which will be used, answered in depth all my questions asked. Today arrived I went into clinic took deep breaths was offered a drink & the clinic it self is calm , Victoria agsin tslk me through step by step as I was nervous & within seconds it was off !! ,the experience from Victoria and the clinic itself was reassuring , calm and very pleasant . I highly recommend there services & looking forward to my next appointment, thank you so much Victoria .

Really good experience at ProSkin Gloucester, friendly staff and very efficient service at reasonable cost. Would highly recommend for skin care needs, including lesion removals, which was the reason for my visit. Managed to book on-line for an appointment the very next day….my local GP surgery could learn a thing or two about customer care from this business!

I rang and spoke to Ashleigh regarding my daughter's skin problems and I was so impressed with her customer service, expert knowledge, compassion and understanding. She immediately made me feel confident and arranged an appointment. The consultation itself was fabulous - professional, thorough, and reassuring. I couldn't be happier with the level of care we received.

Victoria was so lovely! She explained the treatment beautifully and put me at ease then performed it quickly and efficiently. She also was super helpful in answering some questions about other treatments. I will definitely be booking again

Amelia Best is fantastic and is great at her job. I would highly recommend any skin treatment with her at the Gloucester clinic. She is knowledgeable, professional and puts you at ease throughout the whole process. Plus the pricing is fair and transparent. Do not delay and follow your dream to have more beautiful skin.

I have only just started my treatment plan, but what I can say is Amelia is amazing, she gave me 5 star treatment from the minute I walked through the door. Talked me through everything, gave very clear advice and was very thorough on what the treatment would involve. If you’re looking for 5 star treatment and warm friendly welcoming staff then this is the place. Highly recommended.

Had an appointment with Amelia - very welcoming calm atmosphere. Amelia was lovely - I was feeling very anxious but she was very reassuring and explained everything before and during the procedure. Overall a really good experience. I will happily go back to see Amelia at ProSkin clinic

An absolutely fantastic experience at ProSkin Gloucester, from the informative first phonecall through to treatment, everybody was so, so helpful. The friendly and helpful advice and support initially given on the telephone allowed me to book the correct procedure with no wait time. The very next day I was welcomed into the beautifully recently refurbished clinic and greeted in such a friendly, professional manner - really calming any nerves! The treatment itself was carried out by the lovely Victoria, who was so patient, supportive and reassuring - really easing my body hang ups and the dreadful feeling of self consciousness. She was informative and thorough, and the procedure was exactly as she'd described. Just started the healing process now and I look forward to returning in 4 weeks for my check up. Thank you to the whole ProSkin Gloucester team! I would 100% recommend!
