Victoria was so lovely! She explained the treatment beautifully and put me at ease then performed it quickly and efficiently. She also was super helpful in answering some questions about other treatments. I will definitely be booking again

I have only just started my treatment plan, but what I can say is Amelia is amazing, she gave me 5 star treatment from the minute I walked through the door. Talked me through everything, gave very clear advice and was very thorough on what the treatment would involve. If you’re looking for 5 star treatment and warm friendly welcoming staff then this is the place. Highly recommended.
I have only just started my treatment plan, but what I can say is Amelia is amazing, she gave me 5 star treatment from the minute I walked through the door. Had an appointment with Amelia - very welcoming calm atmosphere. Amelia was lovely - I was feeling very anxious but she was very reassuring and explained everything before and during the procedure. Overall a really good experience. I will happily go back to see Amelia at ProSkin clinic

I can’t recommend Victoria Riddell enough, I wish I’d started going years ago! I had laser hair removal and skin tags removed. I’ve had amazing results from my treatments and it’s given me so much extra confidence. Victoria is so friendly and welcoming and she explains the process really well, making you feel completely comfortable 🙂. Thanks

Such a wonderful calm environment. Laser hair removal has had amazing results, my armpits were where I started and want to go everywhere as it's having unbelievable results. Staff are all so lovely and friendly. Thank you

My first appointment/consultation went very well with Victoria. I felt she answered my concerns about the procedure with honest information, so as to prepare me properly. All of the staff were extremely helpful and polite. It was a very positive experience dealing with such a professional team.

An absolutely fantastic experience at ProSkin Gloucester, from the informative first phonecall through to treatment, everybody was so, so helpful. The friendly and helpful advice and support initially given on the telephone allowed me to book the correct procedure with no wait time. The very next day I was welcomed into the beautifully recently refurbished clinic and greeted in such a friendly, professional manner - really calming any nerves! The treatment itself was carried out by the lovely Victoria, who was so patient, supportive and reassuring - really easing my body hang ups and the dreadful feeling of self consciousness. She was informative and thorough, and the procedure was exactly as she'd described. Just started the healing process now and I look forward to returning in 4 weeks for my check up. Thank you to the whole ProSkin Gloucester team! I would 100% recommend!

I’ve always been super self conscious of the mole on my face, and have never found any clinic that made me feel comfortable enough to go through with the procedure to remove it. From consultation right through to procedure, I genuinely cannot fault ProSkin. ALL of the ladies are highly knowledgable, extremely friendly, and sooo reassuring. Victoria, made me feel totally relaxed and answered any questions (even if they seemed a silly!) with ease. I cannot believe this clinic is in my hometown, I feel I should’ve travelled hours to receive such a premium service. Not to mention the clinic is absolutely pristine! 11/10. Thank you so much!
