Dr Somji was fantastic as always at Drmedispa in Loughton. I fully trust his expertise in dermatology and the entire team are always so helpful. My results have been great and I fully recommend to anybody considering anything skin related!

I had a poor experience with a treatment at another clinic 8 months previously, I booked an appointment with Dr Somji to review my case and to seek advice on how to speed up the final stages of my recovery. Dr Somji attentively listened to the experience I had and he was able to understand and diagnose why the complications occurred and confirmed his initial thoughts by conducting a facial ultrasound scan during my appointment. I cannot emphasise enough the confidence I felt with Dr Somji during and after my appointment. His knowledge is truly remarkable and I have no hesitation in returning next time to gain his opinion and expertise. When you are lucky enough to have a treatment with Dr Somji you know you are in the best hands. With my 3 point rhinoplasty, Dr Somji took his time to explain everything and was very caring and thorough with the treatment, making sure he was happy with the results which inspired confidence. I was looked after extremely well. Dr Somji really cares about the wellbeing of his clients and I can't recommend him highly enough.

I was pleasantly surprised by this company. I was very nervous to get masseter Botox to help with tension and migraines as I don’t like needles and have never done anything like this before. The 2 consultants looking after me were really friendly and comforting. They explained the procedure in depth and answered any questions I had. They minimised any pain and made me feel really positive about my experience. I’d definitely recommend this company for their professionalism and care.

Have been going to Dr Medispa for the last couple of years for anti wrinkle injections. I was quite nervous about this treatment initially as I didn’t want a frozen face but to look more refreshed! The team here were so reassuring and Dr Somji understood my concerns and took the time to explain what he would do and the importance of aftercare as well. The environment is very friendly, kind and down to earth. I won’t be going anywhere else and trust the advice of the team. Dr Somji and Dr Shah are very knowledgeable and they never push you into having treatments they don’t think are suitable. Procedures are explained in detail and they aim for a very natural, classy look. The environment is always clean and aftercare is thorough. I’m a new client to Dr Medispa and I have had the best experience. I’ve had numerous skin cancer surgeries, 2 major ones being on my face. Which left me with a lot of scaring and resulted in me feeling extremely insecure and feeling down about my appearance. After the surgeries i had a lot of eye and facial swelling which left me with puffy and dark eyes. I went in to have tear through filler and Botox, with Dr Bhavik and he was amazing. He talked me through the treatment and made me feel so at ease. The results of my Botox have been the best I have had and would never go anywhere else again. I wasn’t a suitable candidate for tear through filler but Dr Bhavik suggested different treatments that would best suit my eye concerns and he throughly discussed my options. He then went out of his way to reassure me about my concerns regarding my facial scaring and again recommended different skin care options that would best suit me. He was really patient and caring. I booked in to have a patch test with Grace in the Loughton branch, for some laser treatments for my under eyes that was recommended by Dr Bhavik. It was also an amazing appointment. Grace spoke to me about my concerns and i ended up getting really emotional, and had a few cry’s. She was extremely caring, and made me feel so comfortable. She listened and did not make me feel rushed, or like I was just an appointment in and out. She made me feel so valued as a person. She then talked me through the laser treatments and my expected results. She did not push me to get the most expensive treatment (like other places I’ve been to) she recommended what was suitable for me and my skin and it is extremely reasonably priced. Im booked into have Ipixel and can’t wait. I’ve walked out of the Loughton branch after seeing Dr Bhavik and Grace feeling the best I had felt in such long time and with a plan. I have had a lot of cosmetic procedures over the years in different places but I have never had such a positive and meaningful experience like I have had at Dr Medispa. I wasn’t just a client to them, treatment, money and go. They made me feel valued and they went above and beyond to support me. The best place I have been to ❤️

This is simply the best aesthetics clinic in Essex. Lucia is so knowledgeable and everything she has advised me I’ve done. With only 3 treatments the comments I’ve been receiving from family and friends have been outstanding. I’ve actually been overwhelmed with how much younger and healthier my skin looks. There is one thing advertising all the trend treatments and it’s another actually administering them with expertise. I’ve wasted so much time and money on very inferior establishments. I can honestly say these guys are the best.
