I’ve been seeing Dr Shah at Dr Medispa in Loughton for my Botox specifically for facial symmetry due to having Bells Palsy in the past. I have been seeing him for a year now after being recommended by a friend, and after reviewing his many videos on their social channel I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I found this clinic on Insta and had my treatments for skin tags and small black dots on my face. Dr Somji has an ocean of knowledge and answered all my questions. I feel safe and at peace knowing the clinic would only recomend treatments which are suitable for me. Dr Solomon is attentive to detail and would explain it step by step. I could not recommend facials with Claudia enough! She does an incredible job sitting down with new clients to first understand what your goals are, and asks for your skincare routine from sun up to sun down. In terms of product recommendations, Claudia suggests to clients a wide range of products at several price points, and makes an informed suggestion on a simple skincare routine that is easy to replicate time and time again. She is a joy to talk to and truly cares about her clients! Can't wait to go back.

I can confidently say it’s one of the best aesthetic clinics I’ve visited. From when I walked in, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive.
