After living with a childhood burn scar for most of my adult life, I had almost given up hope of ever seeing a real improvement. I had visited numerous clinics across London, including clinics on Harley Street, undergone consultations and treatments, and spent years searching for a solution. Unfortunately, despite all the promises, I saw little to no meaningful change.<br><br>When I contacted this clinic, I wasn’t expecting much. However, from my very first interaction, I was impressed by their professionalism, honesty, and outstanding communication. A special thank you to Tara, whose communication, support, and organisation throughout my journey have been exceptional. She has always been responsive, accommodating, and genuinely caring.<br><br>I would also like to thank Dr Tapan for taking on my case when I had almost lost hope. Treating older burn scars, particularly in darker skin tones, can be challenging, but his expertise and dedication have achieved results I genuinely never thought were possible.<br><br>The improvement in both the colour and texture of my scar has been remarkable. For the first time in my life, my scar is blending more naturally with my skin, and the difference has had a huge impact on my confidence and self-esteem.<br><br>As someone with Black skin, I know how difficult it can be to find clinics with experience treating scars safely and effectively in darker skin tones. I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone with darker or Black skin who feels they have limited options, as well as anyone who has an old scar and has lost hope after unsuccessful treatments elsewhere.<br><br>Thank you to Dr Tapan, Tara, and the entire team. You have genuinely changed my life, and I will always be grateful.

Yelda gave me excellent advice on the next steps of my skin treatment. I have had an absolutely wonderful experience at the PHI Clinic and can not recommend them enough. The communication has been brilliant...from the moment Tara booked my appointments I knew this place was something special. Tara was not only accommodating with my appointment times but also very knowledgeable about all the treatments.<br><br>All of the staff that I encountered were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The clinic itself is beautiful.<br><br>Dr. Patel is wonderful. He listened to all my concerns and really thought about everything I said before developing a treatment plan tailored to my needs and concerns. He was very thoughtful and made sure I knew every move he was going to make to set my mind at ease. I had a bit of filler in my temple and lips. It was painless and very subtle which is exactly what I had hoped for. It all looks perfect! I also had laser for my Rosacea which has definitely helped to ease the redness and reduce the capillaries on my face. Again Dr. Patel made sure I was comfortable and knew what he was doing and when he was doing it.<br><br>I'm looking forward to coming back to the PHI clinic for more treatments in the future. I can not recommend the PHI clinic enough. Definitely 5 stars plus 5 stars more!

I had a wonderful experience at PHI Clinic, especially with Dr. Sarah Gaughan. She is incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I had facial laser treatments and botox with her, and the results look very natural and refreshed. First I had a consultation, the clinic picked the best procedure for me. It felt very professional approach, which I haven't got anywhere else so far. Doctor Marina Daoud is very profession, explained everything, I felt 0 pain, no bruises left on my face, which is really rear and shows doctor's competence. Overall experience and a result is great, I feel like first time I got a visible result after procedure under my eyes and I tried loads of them. I cannot stop watching myself in the mirror and actually liking myself after long time. I definitely will come again.
